| With the gradual implementation of the medical and health system reform(referred to as "medical reform"),the government’s investment in stated-owned hospitals is shrinking,and the operational pressure of stated-owned hospitals is gradually increasing.In this context,the hospital began to introduce a new management model ——performance management,because the hospital management mistakenly regarded performance evaluation as performance management,resulting in long-term hospital performance management results are often unsatisfactory.In view of the phenomenon of the above hospitals,the article takes the A stated-owned hospital in Wuhan as the research object,uses the field investigation and inquiry to understand the performance management status of the hospital,and the shortcomings of the hospital in the performance management under the background of “medical reform”.Analyze and try to introduce the Balanced Scorecard into the performance evaluation process in hospital performance management,hoping to build a performance management system suitable for the development of A stated-owned hospitals.In the opening chapter of the article,the related theoretical issues of balanced scorecard and performance management are introduced.The next step is to analyze the current situation and problems of A stated-owned hospital,and redesign a performance management system suitable for A stated-owned hospital.The expert consultation method and the AHP method are used to determine the indicators and weights.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance appraisal links.The evaluation results are good,which further confirms that the new performance management system can be used in A stated-owned hospital.This paper combines the specific situation of A stated-owned hospital to design a hospital performance management system,which provides a new idea for the performance management of A stated-owned hospital.This will increase the comprehensive competition of hospitals through a good performance management system under the current market economy environment.Strength is also extremely important. |
