Objective:To compare the effect of floating needle therapy and common acupuncture on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and the relief degree and speed of pain, provide reference for the choice of clinical treatment plan. Methods:Randomized, controlled clinical research method to realize the purpose of our study, would be consistent with the diagnostic criteria of outside on the humerus condyle infection of 72 cases of humerus condyle inflammation in patients according to the classification of the random number table method divided the patients into floating needle combined with Mr Wen acupuncture group(treatment group)and simple acupuncture group(control group),the treatment group and control group each contains 36 patients. The treatment group and the control group need 3 courses of treatment respectively. One course of treatment of floating acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture group includes 3 times of treatment, and there must be a time interval of no less than 3 days between each treatment.A course of treatment in the simple warm acupuncture group included 10 times of warm acupuncture treatment, and a course of treatment lasted for 15 days.In this study,Mayo elbow function score,VAS score and PFG painless grip strength test were used to evaluate the efficacy of this study, and the evaluation nodes included two groups of follow-up before treatment, after each course of treatment, after 3 courses of treatment and after 1month of treatment.Results:1.Baseline analysis showed that there were no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in gender, age and TCM syndrome classification(P > 0.05),so the treatment group and the control group were comparable.2.Results of treatment show:(1)according to JOA score, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)According to VAS score, floating acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture was significantly better than the simple warm acupuncture.(3)According to the comparison of the effective rate and recovery rate between the two groups, the total effective rate and recovery rate of the floating acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture were 97.1% and 97.1% respectively, while the total effective rate and recovery rate of the pure warm acupuncture group were 94.1% and82.4% respectively.Riddit analysis was used to compare the two groups and the results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in safety and compliance between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.Floating needle combined with warm acupuncture treatment of humeral epicondylitis was significantly better than simple warm acupuncture group in timely analgesic effect, pain improvement, recovery of elbow function and improvement of quality of life.2.The long-term effect of floating needle combined with warm acupuncture on humeral epicondylitis is better than that of simple acupuncture.3.The total effective rate of floating needle combined with warm acupuncture and simple warm acupuncture group is higher. The total effective rate, especially the cure rate of floating needle combined with warm acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of simple warm acupuncture group.4.The adverse reactions of floating needle combined with warm acupuncture and simple warm acupuncture group are few and the compliance is very good.
