Clinical Research On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Wind-cold-damp Type By Warming Needle Moxibustion And Sling Exercise Therapy

Objective:Observe curative effect on treating Knee Osteoarthritis by Warming Needle and SET (sling exercise therapy),evaluate the influence on treatment and prognosis of Knee Osteoarthritis through enhance core stability by Sling Exercise Therapy.Methods:Clinical observation are randomized in this research.40 qualified Knee Osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided equally into the comprehensive group and the control group for clinical observation. The comprehensive group were treated with warming needle and SET while the control group were treated with warming needle only. Then make the functional assessment in knee point of the two groups before and after treatment,including the range of motion, Isokinetic myodynamia test,WOMAC, symptom scores scale.Results:1.Both group have improved on the the range of motion, Isokinetic myodynamia test,WOMAC,symptom scores scale after treatment, significant differences (P<0.05). Clinical comparison:Comprehensive Group:cured,9 cases, effective in 6 cases, effective in 4 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 95%; control group:2 cases of cured, effective in 5 cases, effective in 5 cases,invalid 8 cases, the total efficiency of 60%, comprehensive group effective than the control group (P<0.05).2.The range of motion, Isokinetic myodynamia test,WOMAC, symptom scores scale of two groups have improved after treatment (P<0.05), the comprehensive group is better than the control group, significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Comprehensive therapy base on warming needle is definite effective for cure of osteoarthritis and significantly improve the cure rate;2.We can improve the core stability of knee point by sling exercise therapy.
