| Objective:Through the evaluation index and the framework theory of hospital informatization in China and abroad,we combine the needs of the future development of Grade III comprehensive hospitals to construct an evaluation system for hospital informatization.Based on the investigation and analysis of the development of hospital informatization,the evaluation system is used to analyze the informatization of Grade III comprehensive hospitals empirically.In addition,we also put forward reasonable suggestions for further strengthening the informatization construction of the Grade III comprehensive hospital.Methods:Through the literature research and website materials,we establish the preliminary framework of the evaluation system for the Grade III comprehensive hospital informatization,and the indicators are initially selected.Then we use the method of Delphi to further screen and supple indicators,which formed the first draft of a complete hierarchical evaluation system.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight and the combined weight coefficient.Based on the method of comprehensive index,the value of the indicator and the score calculation formula for the evaluation are proposed.Finaly,we apply the method of mathematical statistical to test the reliability and validity of evaluation indicators.Results:1.Formulated the basic framework of the informatization evaluation system for the Grade III comprehensive hospital:which includes informationization investment,organization and management;infrastructure construction,information security assurance,information system construction and application,and construction performance.2.We construct an evaluation system of informatization for Grade Ⅲ comprehensive hospitals,including 6 primary indicators,20 secondary indicators and 64 third-level indicators.The weights of all primary indicators are 0.2033,0.1880,0.1271,0.1619,0.1783,0.1414.3.According to the evluation indicators,we propose the formula for calculating the comprehensive score and construct an scoring rules of informationization for Grade III comprehensive hospitals.4.The reliability and validity of evaluation system is tested.The range of the Cronbach alpha coefficient is 0.687-0.953.The cumulative variance contribution rate is between 41.3%and 66.2%.5.We use the comprehensive model to analyze and evaluate the informatization level of the total 790 Grade Ⅲ comprehensive hospitals.Conclusions:1.This study constructs an objective and reasonable evaluation indicator system.2.The evaluation system has a clear weighting factor,which is effective and reliable.3.The comprehensive evaluation system of hospital informatization has a significant effect. |
