Objective:To explore the nursing problem of artificial airway humidification,point out the influencing factors of artificial airway humidification effect,consult relevant evidence of artificial airway humidification effect.Construct scientific,sensitive and reliable nursing quality sensitive index system of artificial airway humidification effect by evidence-based thinking,Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and determine the weight of index,which lays a foundation for evaluating the effect of artificial airway humidification.Methods:1.Under the evidence-based thinking,the research team used the literature method to consult the relevant evidences of artificial airway humidification effect evaluation,and screened the evidences and evaluated the quality of the evidences according to the admission criteria.2.Analysis method is used to extract indexs from the included evidence,and construct the initial index pool.3.According to the inclusion criteria of experts,the research team selected experts who engaged in airway nursing and airway humidification as the subjects of inquiry,and Informed consent inquiry were done before the research.4.According to the initial index pool,the research team compiled a sensitive nursing quality indexs questionnaire of artificial airway humidification effect.Three rounds of expert inquiries were conducted by Delphi method.The first two rounds of expert inquiries were mainly aimed at the increase,decrease and revision of index items,and the final framework of sensitive nursing quality indexs of artificial airway humidification effect was constructed.The third round of inquiries was mainly aimed at using the AHP to calculate the weight of indexs,and finally completes the construction of artificial airway humidification effect sensitive nursing quality index system.Results:1.This study eventually included 18 correspondence experts,which average age and length of employment is(44.28 ± 7.35)years and(17.94 ± 3.95)years.Among them,11%were doctoral students,56% were master students,6% were doctoral tutors,50% were master tutors,72% were senior professionals,and 72% served as administrative leaders.In the three rounds of inquiries.2.the positive coefficients of experts were 0.9,1.0,1.0.the authoritative coefficients of experts were 0.67,0.68,0.69.and the Kendall coordination coefficients were0.30,0.36,0.89,respectively.3.In the first round of inquiries,the average score of experts in evaluating the importance of indicators was 2.50-4.67.4 secondary indicators and 12 tertiary indicators were deleted,and 65% of experts proposed amendments to the names of the indicators,merging indicators and fine-tuning the indicators framework.The results of the second round of inquiries show that the average score of experts in evaluating the importance of indicators is 3.11-5.00.5 tertiary indicators were deleted,and 17% of the experts put forward their views on the combination of indicators.After three rounds of inquiry,3 first-level indicators,11 secondary indicators and 35 tertiary indicators were finally determined.In EXCEL,the sum product method was used to calculate the importance assignment,coefficient of variation,full score rate,initial weight and combination weight of each level of nursing quality sensitive index system for artificial airway humidification effect.The results are shown in Table 8.The research team tested the consistency of single weight and mixed weight of 18 questionnaires.The consistency coefficient CR<0.1,and the weight coefficient obtained was acceptable.Conclusion:The positive coefficient,authoritative coefficient and coordination coefficient of consultation experts are relatively high.The sensitive nursing quality index system of artificial airway humidification effect constructed by Delphi method and AHP is scientificand reliable,which can provide reference for clinical doctors and nurses to evaluate the effect of artificial airway humidification.
