Hyperlipidemia(HLP)is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease.The study of hyperlipidemia is important for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Studies at home and abroad have shown that people with negative emotions such as anxiety and depression are more likely to induce hyperlipidemia,so it is of certain research significance to treat hyperlipidemia from the perspective of emotion.As a research hotspot in recent years,psycho-cardiology(PC)takes into consideration the simultaneous treatment of patients’ psychology and cardiovascular diseases,and communicates with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)on the theory of treating hyperlipidemia from the liver.On the other hand,the elderly population is also prevalent in cases of dyslipidemia caused by liver and kidney deficiency.TCM believes that the liver controls emotion,if the liver can be adjusted,the human mind is calm,it can alleviate the patient’s anxiety and depressive symptoms,further delay the development of hyperlipidemia.The elderly have liver and kidney deficiency,more need to replenish liver and kidney for comprehensive conditioning.Based on the data mining platform,this study collects and organizes the data about treatment of hyperlipidemia from the liver in Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and WanFang Data and explores the rules of medication.Collecting data on the prescriptions of Professor Zhang Jingchun for the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients and analyzing the prescriptions of Professor Zhang’s clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia,to verify the effectiveness of treating hyperlipidemia from the liver,in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia.The study is divided into two parts:literature review and data mining research.Part I:Literature ReviewReview 1:Overview of research on psycho-cardiology and treatment of hyperlipidemia from the liverThis part summarizes the research on the development of psycho-cardiology and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine about treating hyperlipidemia from the liver.Review 2:Treating hyperlipidemia from liver:Meta-analysisOBJECTIVE:To systematically review the efficacy and safety of treatment of hyperlipidemia from liver.METHODS:We electronically searched databases including CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,PubMed,EMbase and Cochrane,from inception till now.and collected randomized controlled trials(RCT)about treatment of hyperlipidemia from liver.Two reviewers independently screened the literature,extracted data,and assessed the risk of bias of included studies.Then using RevMan 5.3 software conducted the meta-analysis and analysized the clinical efficacy and biochemical indicators of TC,TG.HDL-C and LDL-C.RESULTS:A total of 16 RCTs were included,involving 1891 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in the clinical efficacy[OR=3.54,95%CI(2.53,4.95),P<0.00001],and lowering levels of TC[MD=-0.53,95%CI(-0.77,-0.29),P<0.0001],TG[MD=-0.43,95%CI(-0.57,-0.29),P<0.00001],LDL-C[MD=-0.55,95%CI(-0.89,-0.21),P=0.002],but increasing lever of HDL-C[MD=0.28,95%CI(0.17,0.39),P<0.00001].In the experimental group,22 of the 590 patients had adverse reactions,includinggastrointestinal reactions,myalgia,liver damage and so on.and the incidence of adverse reactions was low.CONCULSION:Treatment of hyperlipidemia form liver in clinical efficacy.lowering blood lipid indicators TC.TG,LDL-C and raising HDL-C had an effect.However,the quality of the included literatures was not high,and this conclusion still needed further confirmation in the future.Part II:Data Mining ResearchResearch 1:Based on data mining,exploring the rules of the prescriptions treating hyperlipidemia from liver in the databaseOBJECTIVE:To explore the rules of prescriptions which were included in the database for the treatment of hyperlipidemia from liver by using association rules and entropy clustering algorithm.METHODS:The literatures about the treatment of hyperlipidemia from liver were collected in CNKI and WanFang Data from building to October 2018.The database was established by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)to explore the rules of prescriptions.RESULT:1.A total of 108 prescriptions for treating hyperlipidemia from liver were found,involving 158 herbs.2.The top five drugs with the highest frequency of treatment of hyperlipidemia from liver were Shanzha,Chaihu,Danshen,Zexie,and Juemingzi;the high-frequency drug combinations included "Juemingzi Shanzha" "Danshen,Shanzha" "Zexie,Shanzha","Chaihu.Shanzha","Chaihu,Zexie","Danshen.Chaihu" and so on.3.Based on the entropy clustering algorithm,6 new prescriptions were obtained.CONCLUSION:Through the data mining in the two major databases,it is found that the main treatments are Qinggan.Shugan,Yanggan and Pinggan.The combination involved liver,spleen and kidney,and the treatment of Xingqi Huoxue Lishi was important,the new prescriptions’ ideas for treating hyperlipidemia included Shugan Jianpi Ningxin,nourishing liver and spleen and kidney,clearing liver fire and damp and heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and so on.Study 2:Based on data mining,exploring the rules of prescriptions for treating hyperlipidemia by Professor Zhang JingchunOBJECTIVE:To explore the rules of prescriptions of Professor Zhang Jingchun in the treatment of hyperlipidemia by using association rules and entropy clustering algorithm.METHODS:The prescriptions of Professor Zhang Jingchun for the treatment of hyperlipidemia from January 2017 to January 2019 was collected.The database was established by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)to analyze the rules of the prescriptions.RESULT:1.A total of 191 prescriptions for Professor Zhang Jingchun to treat patients with hyperlipidemia were found,involving 177 herbs.2.Professor Zhang Jingchun’s lipid-lowering drugs commonly used in the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia included Hongqu,Huangqi,Danshen.Shanzha.Heye and so on;the most frequently-returned meridian was the liver;the high-frequency drug combinations included "Gancao,Baishao","Huangqi,Gancao","Gancao,Hongqu","Huangqi,Hongqu" and so on.3.Based on the entropy clustering algorithm,13 new prescriptions were obtained.CONSLUSION:Through the collation and analysis of Professor Zhang Jingchun’s effective prescriptions for treating hyperlipidemia,it was found that Professor Zhang also focused on the treating hyperlipidemia from liver.Adding the theory of TCM about Jianpi Yiqi,Ningxin Anshen.Huatan Chushi on the basis of Shugan,Rougan,Bugan and Pinggan,and applying the concept of treatment from liver and psycho-cardiology in the course of disease treatment. |
