Objective : This study used acupuncture combined with acupuncture to treat hemifacial spasm.By comparing the symptoms of hemifascial spasm before and after treatment, the clinical effects of needle-acupuncture combined with hemifacial spasm are objectively evaluated from multiple aspects, and the mechanism of action is preliminarily explored to anticipate the clinical treatment of hemifacial spasm.Provide a new method and idea. Methods : Forty patients from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Shanxi Provincial Acupuncture and Moxibustion Hospital(May 2016-December 2017)all met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria for facial spasm. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases). The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with acupuncture. The needle knife was first released to remove the head oblique muscles, the posterior rectus abdominis muscle attachment point, the transverse points of the atlas(head oblique muscles and the indirect oblique muscles.),Axis spinous process points(point of the posterior rectus abdominis muscle and the infraorbital muscle),sternocleidomastoid muscle, and head clamp muscle tendon midpoint, once a week,2 weeks a course of treatment, followed by acupuncture treatment,Acupoints were ipsilateral Yangbai, chuanzhu, taiyang, quanliao,Hegu(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral),and needle retention for 30 minutes.Once a day,5 times a week,2 days a week,10 times for a course of treatment, continuous treatment for 2 courses.Control group: conventional acupuncture treatment.Acupoints: ipsilateral hurricane,Yangbai, chuanzhu, taiyang, quanliao, yifeng,Hegu(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral).Acupuncture needle for 30 min.Once a day,10 times for a course of treatment,5 times a week,2 days a week rest, continuous treatment for 2 courses. After the end of each course of treatment, the two groups of patients were compared on the basis of Cohen’s facial spasm strength and facial muscle spasm frequency grading criteria.Changes in spasm intensity and spasm frequency before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and clinical efficacy was compared.Results:1.Grading comparison of intensity and helium frequency:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in gender, age, duration ofdisease, spastic strength, and spasticity between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and after treatment, the frequency of treatment after treatment decreased in both groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could significantly reduce the frequency of facial spasm;patients in the treatment group The intensity contrast before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was able to reduce the strength of hemifacial spasm;however, there was no statistical significance in the intensity contrast of the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The control group could not reduce the strength of hemifacial spasm;after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the strength and frequency of hernia.2.Clinical efficacy comparison:After the end of all treatments, the effective rate was 85% in the treatment group and70% in the control group. The difference in efficacy between the groups was significant(P<0.05).It can be seen that after the end of treatment, both groups have certain clinical efficacy.Compared with each other,it can be found that the total effective rate of the treatment group has obvious advantages.Combined with the results of the rank sum test between the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group is shown. The efficacy was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion : Acupuncture-moxibustion acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the symptoms of facial spasm in patients.Acupuncture combined with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with hemifacial spasm is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving the strength and frequency of spasticity, and has better clinical efficacy. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
