Chief Physician Li Yulan By Sanren Decoction In The Treatment Of Infantile Pneumonia (Heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Objective:By observing the clinical efficiencies of Zhiren Tutor Li Yulan,the chief physician used Sanren Decoction to treat children with pneumonia(damp-heat dampness syndrome),explain the mechanism of action of San Ren Decoction,summing up the instructor’s understanding of pediatric pneumonia(dampness in dampness and heat)and the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,It provides new ideas for the understanding and treatment of children with pneumonia in Chinese medicine(dampness of dampness and heat).Methods : A total of 63 outpatient medical doctors were collected from the supervisor,Li Yulan,in this study.Clinical manifestations meet the diagnostic criteria of "Pediatrics(Eighth Edition)".Use manual statistical joint statistical software for data analysis.Organize the symptoms,treatment and other information in the medical case.In combination with clinical common symptoms,the efficacy score table is produced.Observe the symptom before and after the treatment of this symptom score and evaluate the overall efficacy.Results:The sample size was 63,including 36 male children and 27 female children.the ratio of male to female was about 1: 1.33.The difference between before and after treatment of symptoms and signs of TCM: cough(4.19 1.28),expectoration(4.63 1.12),fever(0.34 0.51),anorexia(1.17 0.68),bad stool(0.65 0.65),greasy fur(0.95 0.21),lung rale(1.34 0.48),t values were cough(25.96),expectoration(32.67),fever(5.40),anorexia(13.61),bad stool(7.92),greasy fur(35.21)57 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,63 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective,the total recovery rate reached 90.47 %,the total effective rate reached 9.53 %,the total effective rate reached 100 %,with statistical significance,the difference between symptoms and signs before and after treatment was significant.No allergic and gastrointestinal adverse reactions occurred during the course of taking the medicine,indicating that sanren decoction has safety and reliability.Conclusion:1.The effect of San Ren Tang Decoction in intervening children with pneumonia in“dampness and heat lung type” is definite.2.Instructor Li Yulan Chief Physician believes that the etiology of children withpneumonia(dampness with dampness and heat)has many manifestations: external causes are mostly pathogenic;internal causes are due to pediatric physiological and pathological features;improper diet and daily care;parents blindly use drugs.3.Instructor Li Yulan Chief Physician chooses Sanren Decoction for the treatment of the disease,taking Xuanhua heat to progress,and re-adjusting the power of the lung to achieve the purpose of Xuanjing.
