Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Infantile Pneumonia (phlegm-heat Closed Lung Syndrome) By External Application Of Pneumonia And Back Powder Based On Standard Operating Procedures

Objective: This study is to standardize the operation process of pneumonia infantile powder for the treatment,to observe the clinical effect of external application of Pneumonia Fubeisan combined with routine western medicine on children with pneumonia and asthma(phlegm-heat obstruction of the lung syndrome,to provide more effective means for the comprehensive treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Method:Divide the 60 patients met the inclusion criteria into three groups,20 cases in standardized treatment group and 20 cases in nonstandardized treatment group and 20 cases in control group.Control group:provide conventional therapy of western medicine.standardized treatment group:(i.e.routine treatment + pneumonia compress back powder external treatment group + operation according to the operating standards established by previous studies)。nonstandardized treatment group:(i.e.routine treatment + pneumonia compress back powder external treatment group + no specific operational specificationson。Results: The total effective rate was 95% in the standard treatment group,90% of non-standard treatment group,Control group 70%。There were significant differences in the efficiency among the three groups(P<0.01);improvement of pulmonary auscultation,expectoration and phlegm obstruction(P<0.05),the standard treatment group was significantly better than the other two groups.There was no significant difference in the improvement of asthma and fever symptoms.Conclusion: The standard treatment group has obvious advantages over the nonstandard treatment group and the control group in total effective rate and improvement of cough,phlegm obstruction and lung auscultation.This study provides a basis for the wider application of pneumonia compress powder in clinic on the basis of standardized operation process.
