Objective1.To understand the humanistic care capability of clinical nursing students.2.To analyse the factors influencing the humanistic care ability of clinical nursing students.3.To study the feasibility of reflective diaries and humanistic care training in improving the humanistic care ability of nursing students.MethodWe select 507 nursing students research objectives.In this study,the general information questionnaires which was designed by ourselves are used to investigate the demographic characters of the objectives and through the general scale,humanistic care evaluation scale,clinical communication ability scale,occupation identity scale,self-efficacy scale,stress scale,emotional intelligence scale,we respectively evaluate the 507 nursing students' humanistic caring ability,the clinical communication ability,occupation identity,self efficacy,sources of stress and emotional intelligence,and through statistical analysis we find out,the relative factors of the humanistic caring ability.We randomly select 144 clinical nursing students from September 2016 to December 2016 as study object.Based on different single-double month of entry time to department,we divided them into two groups.The regular group is given routine teaching for 1 months,the optimized group received specialized humane care training courses and write reflective diary in addition to routine teaching,the optimized group and the regular group respectively receive the questionnaire survey called the humanistic care evaluation scale,and then compare the results and draw conclusions.Spss19.0 was used for statistical analysis.The demographic data using descriptive statistical analysis to(Mean±SD)said the statistical results of measurement data,through the analysis of variance test or study comparison of different demographic characteristics in the score of humanistic caring ability differences,using Pearson correlation analysis on humanistic caring ability and clinical communication ability,work stress,self-efficacy,occupation identity,emotional intelligence correlation analysis.By using multiple linear regression analysis to research and related factors of humanistic caring ability.The bilateral inspection standard 0.05,P<0.5 indicates that the results are statistically significant.Result1.The first part through the questionnaire survey results of nursing students,the total score of humanistic caring ability of the research object is(178.62+ 17.08)points,according to CAI(humanistic norm score)setting,CAI<203.10 points for the humanistic caring ability is considered low level,which shows this research object of humanistic caring ability at a low level.2.Through the analysis of the dimensions of humanistic care and related and regression,the result shows that different genders,graduate wages,the expected value,clinical communication ability,occupation identity,self efficacy,job stress and emotional intelligence of the nursing students do exist a statistically significant difference in humanistic care ability(P<0.05);however,the age of nursing students and humanistic caring ability had no correlation(P>0.05),but significant correlation with the dimensions of humanistic care(P<0.05).3.The score of the optimized group(194.21 + 16.70)is higher than the regular group(181.96 + 15.09)and the difference was statistically significant(p=0.001).Among them,the nursing optimized group students have a significant higher score(58.93+ 8.68)points than the control group(50.81 + 11.56)points in the dimension of courage,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of humanistic care in the dimension of patience(59.37 + 5.13)of nursing students in optimized group,significantly higher than the control group(57.29 + 5.44),the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of humanistic care nursing students'cognitive dimension(75.91 + 8.25)%in the optimized group was higher than the regular group(73.40 + 8.55),the difference between these two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusionl.The study found that the better clinical communication ability of nurses,higher occupation identity,higher self-efficacy,lower working stress,better emotional intelligence,the humanistic care ability will be stronger.These findings can provide theoretical support for the cultivation of clinical nursing students' humanistic care ability.2.It is feasible and effective to improve the clinical nursing students humanistic caring ability through the humanities curriculum training and writing reflection diary,so that nursing educators can improve nursing students' humanistic caring ability by using reasonable curriculum and improving teaching methods and so on.
