Clinical Study Of The Nine Needles Of Neck Combined With Speech Rehabilitation Training In The Treatment Of Spoken Language Disorder Of Motor Aphasia After Apoplexy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Nine Needles of Neck combined with speech rehabilitation training in the treatment of spoken language disorder of motor aphasia after apoplexy.Method:Sixty patients with spoken motor aphasia after stroke were selected and divided into two groups by random lottery.The number of samples in each group was 30.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment with routine western medicine,while the control group was given speech rehabilitation training on the basis of routine western medicine,while the treatment group was given the Nine Needles of Neck combined with speech rehabilitation training on the basis of routine western medicine.Acupuncture 30 minutes each time,speech training 60 minutes each time,6 days a course of treatment,each course of treatment is over,rest one day,a total of four courses of treatment.The BDAE,CRRCAE and SADQ-H scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Result:1.BDAE grading comparison: After treatment,compared with before treatment,the BDAE grading of the two groups were significantly higher,and there were differences by statistical test(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the increase of BDAE grade in the treatment group was significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After four courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was86.67%,and that of the control group was 63.33%.The difference between the two groups was significant by statistical test(P<0.05).3.CRRCAE score comparison: After treatment,the CRRCAE score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and there were differences by statistical test(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the CRRCAE score of the treatment group increased significantly,the difference was significant by statistical test(P<0.05).4.SADQ-H score comparison: After treatment,the SADQ-H score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and there were differences by statistical test(P<0.05).After treatment,the SADQ-H score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant by statistical test(P<0.05).5.Acupuncture safety assessment: For 30 patients in the treatment group,none of them quit treatment because of adverse reactions after acupuncture.All patients receiving acupuncture did not show obvious short-term and long-term discomfort,indicating that acupuncture therapy is safe.Conclusion:1.The Nine Needles of Neck combined with speech rehabilitation training has a significant effect on spoken language disorder of motor aphasia after apoplexy.2.The Nine Needles of Neck combined with speech rehabilitation training can effectively improve the severity of aphasia and depression in stroke patients.3.The Nine Needles of Neck combined with speech rehabilitation training is safe and reliable in the treatment of spoken language disorder of motor aphasia after apoplexy,which is easy to be accepted by patients and worthy of clinical promotion.
