Clinical Research On The Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined With Language Rehabilitation Training For Treatment Of Anomic Aphasia From Apoplexy

PurposeThis topic aims to explore the waking brain begin to understand acupuncture combined with modern advanced technology and single rehabilitation treatment the clinical therapeutic effect of naming aphasia comparison and analysis,to find a suitable for clinical effective treatment methods,better combination of acupuncture with rehabilitation technology applied to clinical,improve the efficiency,benefit the patients.MethodsWith the method of randomized controlled trials,will conform to the diagnostic standard of 60 patients with nominal aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(awake brain begin to understand acupuncture with rehabilitation of language)(rehabilitation group)30 cases and control group 30 cases.Basic treatment: routine treatment in neurology department.Treatment group: 30 min with awake brain,30 min combined with speech rehabilitation training,and treatment of patients' speech,once a day,after six days of treatment,three courses of treatment were taken.Three courses completed the evaluation of speech function of patients.Control group: to treat patients take speech rehabilitation training for 30 minutes at a time,once per day,per treatment stopped a day for six days,after three courses to evaluate the subjects' speech function.Before and after treatment,the ABC and BDAE standard were used to evaluate the changes in speech function and daily life communication of patients,so as to analyze the curative effect.ResultsTwo groups of patients before treatment of gender,age,course of diseases,Chinese aphasia battery grade,Boston diagnostic aphasia test(BDAE)through statistical tests,two groups of data distribution even,can be parallel.After treatment,the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of acupuncture group was 73.33%,and Z=-2.035,and P=0.042 was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the treatment group and the control group were higher thanthat before treatment,P<0.05.Results between groups after treatment,the treatment group is named after scoring,repeat a grade,reading and understanding ability score results are better than the control group,ConclusionCompared with the simple routine rehabilitation training,refreshing un-awakened stitch with speech rehabilitation named aphasia after stroke,can significantly reduce language dysfunction,in patients with different degree of increase in patients with oral fluency,reading,retelling and naming function,the improvement of the ability of daily life of the patients with have certain effect,to gradually improve the patient's social intercourse ability,satisfy the sense of social existence,improve the quality of life,but also embodies the stroke sequela of the therapeutic effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment and intangible social significance.
