Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Motor Aphasia After Apoplexy With Acupuncture Of The Three Main Points Of The Tongue

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of 60 cases of aphasia after apoplexy by acupuncture tri-tongue-acus as the main acupoints,and to compare the acupuncture tri-tongue-acus as the main acupoints and drug therapy combined the language function rehabilitation training with the medicine combineed language function training.Carry out more effective and safe treatment for patients with aphasia after stroke as much as possible.Material and method:According to the diagnosis,from December 2016 to December2018,the Department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shenben Hospital,collect a group of 60 patients who meet the criteria for diagnosis and inclusion,were randomly devided into the treatment group and the control group(30cases each).Both groups were treated with symptomatic treatment of western medicine combined language function rehabilitation training.In addition,the treatment group was treated by acupuncture with tri-tongue-acus as the main acupoints.both of the two groups will be treated once a day,and rest for 2 days every weekend.One week was a course of treatment.For a total of 4 courses.In this study,we will mainly assess the two groups by ABC scale.The scores of the two groups of before and after treatment will be compared.And analyze the curative effect of Broca Aphasia through the acupuncture with the tri-tongue-acus as the main acupoints.Results:1General conditions of the two groups of patients: gender,age,duration of disease,disease types of the two groups were analyzed by spss data,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and was comparable.2 After treatment of Broca aphasia patients in both groups,the treatment group(Western medicine treatment + language function rehabilitation training + tri-tongue-acus as the main acupuncture treatment)is more effective than the control group(Western medicine treatment+ language function rehabilitation training treatment),P < 0.05,which has no significant difference.3The ABC rating scale was used for the two groups of patients,including spontaneousfluency,comprehension,retelling,naming,reading ability,etc.The pared-samples T test was performed respectively before the therapy in the control group and the treatment group,P<0.05;Using the independent-samples T test to compare the score of the control group and the treatment group after the therapy,P <0.05,there was a significant difference,in terms of the writing ability,P>0.05,which has no significant difference.4Barthel Index of each group was observably improved by therapy,and the improvement of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Both therapeutic schedule are effective against Broca aphasia patients.The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of spontaneous fluency,comprehension,retelling,naming,and reading.In terms of writing ability,there was no significant difference between the two groups.The treatment group(Western medicine treatment + language function rehabilitation training + tri-tongue-acus as the main acupuncture treatment)is a good treatment for patients with BA,it also has the advantages of simple operation,economic and safe,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
