Clinical Research On Aphasia From Apoplexy Treated By Cupuncture Needling Integrated With Language Training

Objective:To observe the effect on lingual funetion in aphasia following the apoplexy by the acupuncture needling integrated with language training.Methods:60 Chinese aphasiaes following the apoplexy who had been confirmed were divided into two groups by random,30 cases were treared with acupuncture needling integrated with language training group(Treatment group), another 30 cases were treared with single language training group(Control group),based on the same medicine as (Treatment group), After one month, to observe the change of scores of lingual funcetion in two groups.Results:(1) The scores of spontaneous talk, understanding, repeatingspeaking, naming, reading, writing in lingual function on patients with aphasia following the apoplexy in tow groups had significant improvement (P＜0.01); the difference in value (the fluency of spontaneous talk, understanding, repeatingspeaking, naming, reading, writing) before and after course of treatment between Treatment group and Control group had significance(P＜0.05); the difference in value(the amount of information of spontaneous talk) before and after course of treatment between Treatment group and Control group had significance(P ＞0.05); the total scores of lingual function in two groups after course of treatment and the gap before and after course of treatment increased both signifieantly(P＜0.05). (2)The curative effect in two groups had singnificance(P＜0.01).Conclusions:(1) The acupuncture needling integrated with language training and single language training showed improvement on lingual function patients with aphasia following the apoplexy, however, the acupuncture needling combine with language training seemed more effective than the single language training group;(2) The acupuncture needling integrated with language training treatment can obviously prompt the ability of speaking language expressing, acelerate the comeback of understanding, enhance the ability of iterance, quicken the reading speed and improve the veracity of reading; (3) The comeback of lingual function can be benefit for the intercourse between Patients and doector and family numbers, can build up the self-confidence of conquerring diseases, can cooperate with doetors, all these faetors can effcet morbid curative effect and prognosis.
