Clinical Observation On Warm Acupuncture Treatment Of Breast Cancer Related Lymphedema

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of warm acupuncture in the treatment of BCRL,and to seek an effective treatment for Chinese medicine treatment of BCRL.Methods:58 patients with upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer in the clinical criteria were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=28).The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,once every other day,14 days for a course of treatment.After the end of the treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.The acupuncture points were selected from the hand-foot Sanyang meridian points,and the Tongguan Lijie points were taken.,Quanquan,Zuze,Quchi,Hand Sanli,Waiguan,Hegu,whole body acupoints: Yanglingquan,Yinlingquan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Taichong.Operation method: Strong spring,ruler and Sanyinjiao strong stimulation,the other acupuncture points are conventional acupuncture.Warm acupuncture points: arm scorpion,Quchi,hand Sanli,Waiguan.The control group was treated with oral diosmin,2 times a day,1 tablet each time,0.45 g/time,14 days for a course of treatment,and the effect was evaluated after the end of one course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.The upper limb function was evaluated,the circumference of the affected limb was measured,and the clinical efficacy of the Chinese medicine treatment for BCRL was observed.Further explore the practical significance of warm acupuncture in the treatment of BCRL.Results:1.Peripheral diameter index of the affected limb: After data analysis,the results of the treatment group showed that there was no statistical difference between the groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was statistical difference between the groups before and after treatment of points B,C and D.(P<0.05),there was a statistically significant difference in the mean group(P<0.05).The results of the control group showed that there was no statistical difference between the groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and points C and D.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was the difference between the groups.Points A,B,C There were statistical differences between D and D.2.Evaluation of upper limb function: After data analysis,there was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The difference of DASH scores before and after treatment between the two groups.In comparison,it was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effect of relieving BCRL was better in the treatment group than in the control group.3,treatment efficiency:(1)circumference of the affected limb: the average effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%;the average clinical effective rate of the control group was 50%;there was no statistical difference between the points A and B(P> 0.05),there was a statistically significant difference between the groups of points C and D.There was a statistically significant difference between the effective groups(P<0.05).(2)DASH was used as the index: 26 patients(86.7%)in the treatment group and 14 patients(50%)in the control group.The effective number obtained by the chi-square test was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Warm acupuncture can reduce the circumference of the limbs of BCRL and relieve the symptoms of edema;2.Warm acupuncture can improve the ability of BCRL upper limbs to engage in daily activities;3.Warm acupuncture treatment of BCRL is effective,and warm acupuncture is simple and safe.High sex,green economy,easy to be accepted by patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
