Fu Kun Liquid Form Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type) In Clinical Research

Purpose: To observe the effect of the Fu kun Recipe on Proprietary Chinese medicine oral congrongyishen pellet used after the soup treating polycystic ovary syndrome(spleen kidney Yang deficiency type menstruation late),To explore method of foot bath of Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome。Method: Selected 72 cases of Polycystic ovary syndrome(spleen kidney Yang deficiency type) patients, randomly divided into two groups: treatment group for 36 cases, gave pellet,add foot bath; control group for 36 cases, gave pellet oral. The course of the treatment is 21 days, we have observed 2 courses, followed up for 3 months, compared the change before and after the treatment.Result: Treatment group and control group total effective rate of clinical efficacy were: 92% and 64%, respectively before and after treatment in both groups, Chinese medicine symptom curative effect and serum hormone FSH, LH, E2, all have significant difference(P < 0.01), the two groups after treatment serum hormone FSH, E2, all have significant difference(P < 0.05); Two groups of curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment decreased and LH serum hormones are different, but both are no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Treatment of fu kun Recipe with pellet method is variety,reliable,after clinical observation treatment of Polycystic ovary syndrome, the criative effect is obvious(P﹤0.05),and the broad masses of medical workers in clinic application is obvious.
