Background:postoperative pain and other complications are major postoperative complications of anorectal diseases.It is very important and necessary to control postoperative pain and other complications.TCM acupoint application is one of the common TCM external treatment methods.Baliao points are commonly used to prevent and treat postoperative pain and other co:mplications after perianal surgery.’There are more and more studies on baliao points to relieve postoperative pain and other complications after perianal surgery.Compared with acupuncture,acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine has many advantages,such as simple operation,less pain,high safety,mild and lasting effects.Our department has been applying baliao acupoints plaster to prevent and treat perianal pain and other complications.This study aims to objectively evaluate the efficacy of applying "zhitong fang"on baliao points to prevent and treat postoperative pain and other complications of anorectal operation.Objective:Objective evaluation of the effect of "zhitong prescription"applying baliao points on relieving postoperative pain and other complications of anorectal diseases,to explore the related mechanism,providing a simple and effective prescription and method for clinical prevention and treatment of postoperative pain and other complications of anorectal diseases.Methods:This study is prospective.Patients with common anorectal diseases such as mixed hemorrhoids,low simple anal fistula and low perianal abscess who were admitted to our hospital for surgery on December 31,2018 were selected as research objects.The cases that met the inclusion criteria were screened and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.On the basis of control group and treatment group with"pain"apply "ba liao"point treatment,observation of the treatment group and control group of 0-5 days after the pain score,the first defecation pain score and 1 time,postoperative pain relief time defecate 0-5 days total dose and frequency of oral amidopyrine and phenacetin compound tablet,micturition time and postoperative micturition score for the first time after operation,postoperative anal edema scores,and in the process of study for the occurrence of adverse events,statistics data.Results:A total of 180 cases were included in this study,including 60 cases in the mixed hemorrhoid group,low simple anal fistula group and low perianal abscess group,and each group was randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of gender,age,disease course,operation method and other general information(P>0.05).Mixed hemorrhoids,low simple anal fistula and low perianal abscess were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in pain relief time of the first bowel movement in the three groups(P<0.05).Comparison of the total dose and frequency of oral painkiller tablets,the time of first urination,postoperative urination score and postoperative anal edge edema score between 0 and 5 days after the operation of the three groups showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying"zhitong fang"on "baliao"points can effectively relieve postoperative pain,urinary retention,anal edge edema and other complications of anorectal diseases,effectively reduce the pain time after the first defecation,and effectively reduce the dose and frequency of postoperative analgesic.
