| [Objective]:This study aims to compare the scores of pain relief after Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)between the experimental group(perioperative basic analgesia combined with ear point pressing and acupoint application)and the control group(perioperative basic analgesia). To clarify the clinical efficacy of ear point pressing combined with acupoint sticking to improve the pain after TKA,so as to better promote the application in clinical treatment.[Methods]:Seventy inpatients who underwent unilateral TKA due to severe knee osteoarthritis in our department were selected as the subjects of the study. They were included in the study after voluntarily participating and signing informed consent letters.Randomized number table method was used to include 35 patients in experimental group and 35 patients in control group. The experimental group was treated with perioperative basic analgesia combined with ear point pressing and acupoint sticking, while the control group was treated with perioperative basic analgesia.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the scoring data of the two groups, and the TCM clinical symptom score and Visual simulation scoring of the two groups were compared at 3 time points on the 1 st day,2nd day,1st week and 2nd week after surgery.VAS score)and Lequesne index score.[Results]:The distribution of admission condition data showed comparability between the two groups(P>0.05).The TCM clinical symptom score, visual analog scale(VAS)score and Lequesne index score were comparable between the two groups before treatment and the first day after surgery(P>0.05).There were differences between the two groups on 2d,7d and 14d after surgery and the 1st day after surgery(P<0.05),the 2d comparison between the two groups was comparable(P>0.05),and there were differences between the two groups on 7d and 14d after surgery(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score, visual analog scale(VAS)score and Lequesne index score of experimental group were lower than those of control group. The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The clinical effect of this study is safe, and the ward physicians did not find obvious skin allergy and damage and other adverse reactions in the treatment area.[Conclusion]:This study shows that auricular point pressing combined with acupoint application has good clinical efficacy in improving post-TKA pain, effectively relieving postoperative pain symptoms of patients and promoting postoperative knee joint function recovery.Auricular point pressing bean combined with acupoint application for external treatment has the advantages of simple operation, safety and low side effects, which can effectively reduce the side effects of oral drugs and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
