Monitoring Of Implementation Effect Of RBRVS System In Traditional Chinese Hospital

China’s government had long attached great importance to the development of Chinese medicine,there were large Chinese hospitals throughout the provinces and cities and regions.With the deepening of the performance reform of governmental hospitals,it was necessary to discuss the performance appraisal of Chinese hospitals in depth.Based on the empirical investigation of a hospital in S city,this paper monitored the effectiveness of the implementation of the RBRVS in the hospital.This article focused on two aspects of perspective,the medical staff and patients.At the same time selected with TCM characteristics of the Department for in-depth analysis.The results show that after the implementation of RBRVS system,the medical income of the hospital increases,the income structure also tends to a virtuous circle,the per capita performance of medical staff increased,and they had a good recognition of RBRVS.However,the per capita outpatient volume,the number of discharged patients per capita decreased slightly,outpatient average cost,outpatient medicine costs,hospitalization costs,inpatient drug costs had increased to a certain extent.However,after the implementation of RBRVS,the average cost of hospitalization and the increase of the average cost of inpatient drugs were significantly smaller than the cost of outpatient average and outpatient medicine,indicating that the RBRVS system had a certain control effect on the average cost of hospitalization and the cost of inpatient drugs.At the end of this paper,while considering the medical and health policy,the shortcomings of the implementation of RBRVS system in Chinese hospitals are discussed,and the relevant countermeasures and policy suggestions are put forward.
