Clinical Study On Zishen Shugan Recipe To Nourish Kidney And Pleasant Liver In Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Perimenopausal Syndrome

Purpose:Exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on type 2 complicated with perimenopausal syndrome,Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Shugan Recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with perimenopausal syndrome,analysis of its mechanism of action.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes with perimenopausal select 60 patients who are eligible for diagnosis,randomly divided them into 2 groups.treatment group is based on the conventional western medicine hypoglycemic,adding Shugan Recipe;the control group was based on the conventional western medi hypoglycemic,adding Kuntai Capsules orally.Two groups of observations for 12 weeks。Mainly observe the effect before and after treatment,including blood sugar(FBG、2hPBG)、Gl hemoglobin(HbA1c)、C peptide(limosis、2 hours after a meal)、Sex hormone(E2、FSH)and TCM syndrome points、Kupperman score.Rusults:Statistical analysis from age、gender、duration of diabetes,there was no signifi difference in baseline before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).①Clinical efficacy:Total effective rate of treatment group after treatment is 83.33%,total effective rate of control group is 63.33%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly.than the control group(P<0.05).②TCM syndrome effect:The total effective rate of syndromes in the treatment group after treatment is 100%,total effective rate of TCM in the control group is 80%,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).③The change of score:Kupperman scores decreased significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.01);compare two groups,The Kupperman score of the treatment group decreased more than control groulp(P<0.05).④Effect on blood sugar:After treatment,the blood glucose levels(2hPBG,HbAlc)of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01);treatment group has better control effect on blood sugar than the control group(P<0.05).Effect on C peptide:Increased C-peptide level in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);compare two groups,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).)Effect on sex hormones:After treatment,the E2 of the two increased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),FSH is significantly lower than before treatment P<0.05);the elevated level of sex hormones in the treatment was superior to the control group(P<0.05).⑦Safety indicator:Zishen Shugan Recipe is safe reliable in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with perimenopausal syndrome,No all reactions such as allergies and gastrointestinal discomfort.Conclusions:Zishen Shugan Recipe is superior to Kuntai Capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with perimenopausal syndrome,can better the symptoms and signs of patients,regulate blood sugar and sex hormones,worth further promotion.
