Observation On The Efficacy Of Chinese Medicine Combined With Ba Duan Jin In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Insomnia With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depressio

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of bad Jin combined with Chinese medicine(observation group)and the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver depression,the change of TCM syndrome score,PSQI score,quality of life scale score of patients before and after treatment,It shows that,compared with the simple use of traditional Chinese medicine,The effect of Baduanjin in treating kidney deficiency and liver depression and insomnia is more obvious,It provides a new method for the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia in the future.Data and Methods: The study subjects were 66 patients who visited the gynecology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and had semi-menopausal insomnia of kidney deficiency and liver depression.Case collection started and ended from 01 September 2021 to June 30,2022.The patients were randomly divided into 33 patients by observation group and 33 patients by simple control group.The two groups of research subjects were treated with Baduanjin combination therapy and simple decoction method respectively.28 days was regarded as one course of treatment and two courses of treatment.The changes of patients’ TCM syndrome score,Pittsburgh sleep index quantity table score,patient quality of life scale score,serum hormone level and so on were observed.Result:1.Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndrome: the observation group was 93.33%,6.67%,and73.33% and 26.67% in the control group.It shows that the treatment method of Baduanjin and decoction is better than the internal treatment method of oral TCM alone in improving the symptoms of perimenopausal patients(P <0.05).2.Comparison of PSQI scores: the total response rate in the observation group was 93.33%,6.67%,70% and 30% in the control group.It shows that the treatment of Baduanjin and decoction is more effective in improving the sleep quality of patients than the internal treatment of simple oral Chinese medicine(P <0.05).3.The quality of survival scale score increased in both groups after treatment(P <0.05),indicating that the quality of life after treatment was improved,and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4.Neither patient reported any adverse reactions or safety problems,indicating that the safety of Baduanjin and decoction is relatively high in clinical treatment and is worth promoting.Conclusion:1.The effect of using Baduanjin combined with decoction is better than that of decoction alone in most aspects,indicating that in general,the treatment of Baduanjin and oral decoction is more effective for relieving perimenopausal insomnia.2.The internal and external combination of the observation group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of peri-menopausal insomnia patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,which fully reflects the advantages of internal and external combination of TCM.3.Both decoction treatment alone and Baduanjin combination treatment can improve the quality of life score of patients,but the treatment effect of Baduanjin and decoction is better.
