Clinical Observation Of Gengnian Decoction Combined With Psychological Counseling For The Treatment Of Peri-menopausal Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation Syndrome

Objective Observation of Gengnian decoction combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of peri menopausal syndrome clinical curative effect of kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation syndrome and provide the basis for clinical application.Materials and methods This study was carried out in clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine. Case collection time: June 1, 2014-2015 year in March 1st, into 60 cases in line with the observation conditions of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney liver depression syndrome patients. Using random, positive drug parallel controlled design method, subjects were randomly divided into treatment and control group of 30 cases. Before treatment, no significant difference between the age and duration of two groups of patients. The treatment group to be Gengnian Decoction with psychological counseling, the control group to be Kun Tai capsules, a total of 3menstrual cycles to complete the course of treatment. Detailed observation of the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of symptoms and signs, TCM syndrome integral, the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine integral, female endocrine hormone change and carries on the contrast,close observation of medication has no adverse reaction.Result Treatment group, the clinical cure 4 cases, 6 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, 4 cases were ineffective, efficiency of 86.6%; in the control group, 2 cases of clinical cure, 3 cases were markedly effective,effective in 15 cases, 10 cases ineffective, 66.7%, the difference in efficacy between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Two groups of cases, similar age comparable; the symptom scores after treatment were lower than that before treatment, the party has a good therapeutic effect, clinical symptoms curative effect to improve the main syndrome secondary symptoms of hot flashes sweating, irritability, Yaoxisuanruan, dizziness and tinnitus,insomnia is significant, statistically the significance(P < 0.05); the severity of the disease related to the curative effect, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);the length of the course has no influence on the curative effect, no statistical significance(P > 0.05); FSH, LH, E2 of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, after statistical analysis, no significant difference(P >0.05), surface treatment group and control group, two groups of drugs in the treatment of patients with perimenopausal syndrome, FSH, LH and E2 had no significant effect.Conclusion 1.Gengnian Decoction with psychotherapy is effective method of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the life of patients?2.Decoction combined with psychological counseling therapy before treatment and after treatment, the total score of TCM clinical symptoms, modified Kupperman scale score and the clinical symptom scores have significant statistical significance?3.More years in the treatment of patients in the treatment of patients did not find any adverse reactions and toxic side effects, indicating the practical value of the party, it is worth in clinical promotion.
