| Objective: To excavate Professor Zhu Song’s medication and prescription rules about the treatment of diarrhea,and to sum up her experience in the treatment of diarrhea so as to better guide the clinical treatment and experience inheritance.Method: Collected medical records of 116 patients with diarrhea diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhu Song from March 2017 to January 2018,in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM Department of Anorectal Surgery,Andrecorded them in the software of “TCM heritage supporting platform(V2.5)”.Summed up Professor medication and prescription rules about the treatment of diarrhea and excavated the potential of new prescription by using software’s built-frequency statistical methods improving mutual information entropy method,complex system entropy poly class methods and so on.Results: Through the data statistical analysis on the clinical data collected from the 116 first-time patients,the top five are Atractylodes,dried orange peel,root of herbaceous peony,licorice,Poria in the 125 drugs involved;they are mainly warm,cold,neutral drugs;five flavors are mainly attributable to sweet,bitter,pungent;They are mainly belonged tothe spleen,stomach,lung,liver;According to the built-frequency statistical methods to the commonly used drugs and Herb pairs,extract 13 groups of core pairs,evolved 9 drugs;using complex system entropy poly class methods extract12 groups of core pairsd and 6 new prescriptions.Conclusions: Professor Zhu Song’s medication and prescription rules are analyzed from many angles.In the process of medication,she attaches great importance to replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,giving priority to the medicine of replenishing qi to invigoratethe spleen,and supplements with cohosh,anti-wind and other medicine.She focused on the treatment from the liver,soothing and inhibiting liver disease and carefully using astringent drugs to prevent degeneration. |
