The Clinical Observation Of Shugan Dingji Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Ventricular Premature Beat With Anxiety

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shugan Dingji Decoction treating with patients who have anxiety with functional ventricular premature beat,and explore its mechanism of action.Methods:Put 60 patients with functional premature ventricular contractions with anxiety into the experimental group and the control group randomly,which group has 30 patients each other.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment:metoprolol sustained-release tablets(23.75-47.5mg,po,qd)and tails(0.4mg-0.8mg,po,qd);The experimental group added to Shugan Ding Jing Fang decoction.There were 4 weeks is a course of treatment.The changes of frequency,GAD-7 anxiety scale,TCM syndrome score,liver and kidney function,24 h dynamic electrocardiogram room were observed before and after treatment.Results: In the frequency of occurrence of improved ventricular premature beat,the experimental group total efficiency of ratexperimental group was 90%,the control group was 70%,by statistical analysis,there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05);In the aspects of anxiety,the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,while the control group was 77.33%,there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05);In the total efficacy of TCM symptoms,there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Shugan Dingji Decoction in the treatment of anxiety with functional ventricular premature beat has good effect.It can significantly reduce the number of episodes of ventricular premature beat and reduce the anxiety.The decoction has definite curative effect and worthy of further promotion in clinical use.
