Clinical Observation On The Clinical Efficiency Of Yangxin Dingji Decoction In The Treating Patients With Ventricular Premature Beat

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of YangXin DingJi Decoction in the treating of dual deficiency of qi and blood pattern and heart blood stasis pattern patients with the ventricular premature beat,and explore its possible mechanism.Method:The 60 patients in line with the diagnostic criteria(TCM is dual deficiency of qi and blood pattern and heart blood stasis pattern)that diagnosed with the ventricular premature beat are cardiovascular disease clinic patients of First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang TCM University from April 2015 to December 2015.Patients are treated by YangXin DingJi Decoction,daily 1 dose of 300ml of that twice oral every morning and evening and the treatment course was 4 weeks.We should measure the blood routine examination and urine routine examination,liver function and kidney function,thyroid function,ECG and Holter monitor before and after treatment within two days,and at the same time observe and compare the clinical symptoms,the quantity changes of premature ventricular contractions occur 24h average heart rate and evaluate its efficacy and safety.Results:l.The curative efficacy of TCM symptoms:the TCM syndrome total points and single points are reduced obviously after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rateof TCM symptoms was 89.66%,Of which there are 19 obvious effective cases(32.76%),33 effective cases(56.90%),6 invalid cases(10.34%). The effective rate of improvement of TCM single symptoms:heart palpitations,chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness, forgetfulness, insomnia, lazy words treatment group was respectively 87.93%、79.16%、82.93%、79.23%、86.36%、 79.47%、84.85%、71.11%.2. The curative efficacy of DCG:Compared the frequency of 24 hours ventricular premature contraction after treatment with the before, the former is better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001);In the comparison of 24h average heart rate before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05),and there is no obvious effect on heart rate. The total effective rate of ventricular premature contraction was 75.86%,and there were 12 cases markedly improved (20.69%),32 effective cases (55.17%), and 14 invalid cases (24.14%).3.There is no significant adverse reactions and side effects after treatment.Conclusions:1.YangXin DingJi Decoction can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with ventricular premature contraction.2.YangXin DingJi Decoction can reduce the frenquency of 24h ventricular premature contraction.3.YangXin DingJi Decoction didn’t decrease or increase the heart rate and prolong QT/QTc interphase.4.Patients with ventricular premature contraction can be treated by YangXin DingJi Decoction with no obvious adverse reaction and side effects.
