The Clinical Curative Effect Of Reproductive Frmales’Hypomenorrhea After Earthquake Treated By Tonifying Kidney And Soothing Liver

Objective:The thesis aims at evaluating the effectiveness and safety of clinical curative effect that reproductive females’hypomenorrhea (syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation) are treated by TCM therapy-delighting mood to promote pregnancy. With it, the effective way to treat reproductive females’hypomenorrhea after earthquake is explored which offers clinical foundation for sudden hypomenorrhea after disaster.Method:44reproductive females’hypomenorrhea were selected by diagnostic criteria and treated by prescription formulating in therapy--delighting mood to promote pregnancy, lasting near2courses.We collect the symptoms score and observe patient menstruation and improvement of TCM syndrome before and after treatment,then statistically analyse the results, with which we evaluate effectiveness and safety of TCM therapy--delighting mood to promote pregnancy.Results:1. The curative effect of regulating menstration:clinical observation44cases after the treatment:well,8cases (18.18%), powerfully,16cases (36.36%), effective,17cases (38.64%), invalid,3cases (6.82%), the total effective rate reaches93.18%.2. The curative effect of Syndromes:clinical observation44cases after the treatment: well,3cases (6.82%), powerfully,14cases (31.82%), effective,24cases (54.54%), invalid,3cases (6.82%), the total effective rate reaches93.18%.3. The curative effect of TCM signs:the main signs which includes umbar di ache (soft), depressed or anxious irritable, god tired, five upset hot, and breast pain whose pertain to syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation are improved obviously. Each single symptoms before and after treatment is integral, the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Related factor analysis:there was not significantly association between the curative effect of regulating menstrual function and the age, duration and frequency of all abortion(P>0.05)5. In clinical trials, patients did not appear harmful response. Safety evaluation:grade1.Conclusion:Delighting mood to promote pregnancy, a TCM therapy charactered by nourishing kidney essences and soothing liver,as well as tonifying blood to regulate the menstruation, is used to increase the menstrual quantity, improve symptoms belonging to syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation such as lumbar di ache (soft), depressed or anxious irritability, five upset hot and breast pain; especially for reproductive females’hypomenorrhea after earthquake, the clinical has evidenced. It can be regarded as one of effective prescriptions in the future.
