Investigation Of The Present Situation Of 197 Patients With Psoriasis In Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Shangdong Province

Objective:investigate affecting factors related to psoriasis of episode or relapse and current situation of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine.Method : Participants are patients who were diagnosed as psoriasis at the indermatological department in Shandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on May 12,2017.In this research,I do not only adopt questionnaire investigation but also medical records to ask participants to fill out the table called present psoriasis questionnaire.In addition,both PASI as a scoring softwar and SPSS17.0 as data analysis software are employed in the survey.Findings:Among 197 psoriasis patients,some with at least secondary school are as high as 86.29%,some with family history of psoriasis make up 45.18%,some with trauma and infection account for 91.88%.With small side effects,combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine does not only play an important role in the treatment of psoriasis but also in the precaution of affecting factors.Conclusion:A majority of patients own higher education levels are in favor of the treatment of psoriasis.Combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine is in a dominant position,which gets the bulge on decreasing infected possibility and dominate over precaution and control of predisposing factors.Therefore,this therapeutic method shoud be the first choice on account of its smalle side effects and effectiveness in curing psoriasis.
