The Clinical Curative Effect Observation About External Treatment And Combined Therapy By Using Chinese Medicine For Psoriasis Vulgaris At Active Stage

Objective:The psoriasis vulgaris is a kind of common chronic erythema lepido-skin disease,which is common ailment and frequently encountered disease of the dermatological department.The therapeutic efficacy at the present stage is not so good,and the pathogenetic condition is melodious and moving.Because this disease is hardly to be cured and easily recrudesce, and influences the patient' s quality of life seriously,it' s investigative hot spot in dermatology area.The purpose of this research is to observe the clinical curative effect and the recurrence rate about external treatment and combined therapy by using Chinese medicine,for psoriasis vulgaris at active stage.Methods:We proceeded the clinical research by the method of self-contrast,according to the inclusion criteria to choose 58 cases of psoriasis vulgaris at active stage.Of those cases,30 cases was randomly grouped as therapy group,28 cases as contrast group.The therapy group and the contrast group all use leigongtengduodaipian 20mg tid and VitC 200mg tid.We cure the therapy group by using Chinese external combined treatment: Yinxiexiji I external use qd,zilonggao nunction tid, tongfuxiereguanchangye retention enema qod,4 weeks a course of treatment; to the contrast group:Liuhuangruangao external use tid,4 weeks a course of treatment。We score the PASI and calculate the curative effect index in the day just before treatment and in the 7th,14th,28th day after treatment.We observed the recrudescence situation after the therapy.We statistical analysis the result using SPSS 16.0 for windows,and contrasted the PASI score situation and the curative effect.Results:For the clinically therapeutic effect,the cure rate of the therapy group is 20%,with total effective rate 86.7%:the cure rate of the control group is 7.1%,with total effective rate 75.0%.The clinically therapeutic effect of the therapy group is much better than that of the control group,and the contrast has statistical significance.The PASI score after the therapy group is cured,is much lower than that before cured, and the contrast has statistical significance.The clinical recurrence rate of the therapy group is much lower than that of the control group,and the contrast has statistical significance.Conclusion:The clinically therapeutic effect of using external and combined Chinese medical treatment to cure psoriasis vulgaris at active stage,is conspicuous(total effective rate 86.7%),additionally,the recurrence rate is relatively low and the prostecdtive efficacy is much better.So it is a relatively ideal external and combined treatment,which is worth popularizing clinically.
