The Clinical Curative Effect Observation And Evaluation Of Breast Cancer-related Lymphedema Treated By Joint Needing

Purpose: This topic observe the effectiveness and security in the way of contrasting joint needing and common functional exercises in the matter of breast cancer-related lymphedema treating.Discussing and analysis the value of clinical application about the breast cancer-related lymphedema treatment in the way of joint needing.Methods:The 66 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups of each 33 cases.The control group was treated with common functional exercises.The experimental group was treated with joint needing in the attachments of tendons based on the cure of common functional exercises.To observe the changes of the upper extremity edema of the patients before and after treatment with the changes in relative volume change(RVC)and water replacement.Results: 1.There were significant differences in relative volume change(RVC)and water displacement method between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).There were differences in relative volume change(RVC)and water displacement method in both groups(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of clinical efficacy was 91% in the experimental group and 66% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: This study results show that not only the joint needing but also function training could relief the symptom of breast cancer-related lymphedema with statistical significance apparently.Combine relative volume change(RVC)and the water displacement method changes with the experience,we find that breast cancer-related lymphedema treated by joint needing is better than which treated by functional exercisesmerely.
