Objective:This subject is aim to observe the clinic effect of electro-acupuncture combined with ear-acupuncture for the treatment of deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis type Breast Cancer Related Lymphedema and routine the air pressure wave, discuss its advantages. Methods:According to the order of outpatient visits will conform to the cases included in the standards of 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 36 cases and the control group 36 cases.Control group:the affected limb was treated with DL2003V6 air wave pressure therapeutic instrument(Korean Daxing Company).Treatment group(on the basis of control group plus cupping electro-acupuncture combined with ear-acupuncture)outside the limb valley,HeGu,QuChi,WaiGuan,JianYu,AShi(choose induration or two most swelling points),and QiHai,TianShu,ZhongWan,XueHai,ZuShangLi,ShuiFen,YinLingQuan.Andear-pointsJianTouZhou,SanJiao,ShenShangXian.Use electro-acupuncture to three groups of points(HeGu and WaiGuan,QuChi and JianYu,AShi(optional induration or two most swelling),after waiting for qi through G6850 cupping therapy apparatus,to the dilatational wave to stimulate, all meridians needle retaining needle 30 min after complete the operation.Treatment was conducted 3 times a week, with one course of treatment for 1 month and continuous treatment for 2 months.Statistical analysis and efficacy evaluation were conducted on the mean difference of the circumference of the upper arm of the affected limb,TCM clinical syndrome score, and observed physical condition score(KPS score)at the first month and the second month before and after treatment,respectively.Results:(1)Edema degree analysis of two groups :The efficacy of the treatment group and the control group in alleviating upper limb edema after the first course of treatment and at the end of the second course of treatment were respectively compared. The difference between the two groups after the first course of treatment was not statistically significant Z=-1.51,P=0.132,P > 0.05 indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group after the first course of treatment was not considered to be better than that of the control group. After the end of the second course of treatment,Z=-2.382,P=0.017,P < 0.05 were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant, and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, indicating that the effect of the treatment group at the end of the second course of treatment was better than that of the control group.(2)TCM clinical syndrome efficacy analysis:After the end of the first course of treatment and the end of the second course of treatment,he curative effect of improving TCM clinical symptom scores was compared between the treatment group and the control group respectively. After the end of the first course of treatment, the comparison between the two groups was Z=-1.464,P=0.143,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group after the first course of treatment was not considered to be better than that of the control group. After the end of the second course of treatment,Z=-2.390,P=0.017,P<0.05 were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant, and the improvement rate of the treatment group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group, indicating that the effect of the treatment group after the second course of treatment was better than that of the control group.(3)Card score and comparative analysis of curative effect : The efficacy of improved card score was compared between the treatment group and the control group after the first course of treatment and at the end of the second course of treatment, and the comparison between the two groups after the first course of treatment was Z=-1.960,P =0.050,P<0.05,indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group after the first course of treatment was not considered to be better than that of the control group. After the end of the second course of treatment,Z=-2.440,P=0.015,P<0.05 were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant, and the improvement rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, indicating that the effect of the treatment group at the end of the second course of treatment was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)Both methods are effective in Breast Cancer Related Lymphedema and improving patients' clinical symptoms and quality of life;(2)In general,electro-acupuncture combined with ear-acupuncture has better efficacy than air wave pressure therapy in reducing postoperative upper limb edema and improving clinical symptoms of patients with Breast Cancer Related Lymphedema and improving quality of life;(3)Comparison of the two methods in the course of treatment:there was no significant difference in the frist-term efficacy between the two methods, but the second-term efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with ear-acupuncture was significantly better than that of air wave pressure therapy instrument;(4)Electro-acupuncture combined with ear-acupuncture can reduce postoperative Breast Cancer Related Lymphedema patients and improve their clinicalsymptoms, improve the quality of life, and have good clinical safety, which is suitable for clinical application.
