| Objective: Under the guidance of Professor Jiang Lijuan’s "He Chang" thought,this subject is to observe the effect of Kidney-nourishing and blood-nourishing decoction combined with estradiol valerate on endometrial thickness,type,blood flow and TCM syndrome in patients before frozen embryo transplantation.Improve the situation and explore the impact of this method on endometrial receptivity and clinical pregnancy rate.Methods: 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.On the 5th day of menstruation,the treatment group started oral administration of Kidney-nourishing and blood-nourishing decoction and estradiol valerate for 21 days.The control group started oral administration of estradiol valerate for the 5th day of menstruation for 21 days.Take 21 days for a course of treatment,taking a total of three courses of medication.Observe the changes of TCM syndromes and b-ultrasound indicators(endometrial thickness,type,blood flow status,etc.)before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using spss25 statistical software.Results:1.The number of cases in which the clinical study was completed was 30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.2.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%;the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group better than the control group.TCM syndrome total score: There were significant differences betweenthe two groups before and after treatment and between the two groups(p<0.05),indicating that both groups of treatment can improve the TCM syndrome total score,and the treatment group better than control group.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome: Before and after treatment in the treatment group,there were statistically significant differences in menstrual flow,menstrual color and texture,lower abdomen or less abdominal pain,weak waist and knees,fatigue,nocturnal urinary frequency,dizziness and tinnitus,and loss of libido Significance(p<0.01),complexion scores were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Before and after treatment in the control group,there were statistically significant differences in menstrual flow,menstrual color and texture,lower abdomen or less abdominal pain(p<0.01),there were statistically significant differences in weak waist and knees,and loss of libido(p<0.05),fatigue,nocturnal urinary frequency,complexion,dizziness and tinnitus.There was no significant difference in scores(p>0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment,there was menstrual flow,lower abdomen or less abdominal pain,weak waist and knees,fatigue,nocturnal urinary frequency,,and dizziness and tinnitus scores.,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment group improved menstruation flow,lower abdomen or less abdominal pain,weak waist and knees,fatigue,nocturnal urinary frequency,dizziness and tinnitus were superior to the control group;the menstrual color and texture,loss of libid scores were not statistically significant(p>0.05),indicating two The group was equally effective in improving menstrual color and texture,loss of libido;the complexion scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment and between the two groups after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),indicating that the two groups had no significant effect in improving the complexion.4.comparison of B ultrasonic indicators:Comparison of the treatment group before and after treatment,the endometrial thickness uterine spiral artery PI,RI difference was statistically significant(p>0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment group improved endometrial thickness were superior to the control group.there was no significant difference in endometrial types(p>0.05),indicating that the two groups were equally effective in improving endometrial types.there was a statistically significant difference in uterine spiral arteries PI,RI(p<0.01),indicating that the treatment group improved uterine spiral arteries PI,RI were significantly superior to the control group;5.The clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups were 46.67% and 30%,respectively.The clinical pregnancy rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Kidney-nourishing and blood-nourishing decoction combined with estradiol valerate can improve the clinical symptoms related to kidney deficiency and blood stasis,such as menstrual flow,lower abdomen or less abdominal pain,weak waist and knees,fatigue,etc.of patients before frozen embryo transplantation;2.Kidney-nourishing and blood-nourishing decoction combined with estradiol valerate can improve the endometrial thickness and type of patients before frozen embryo transplantation;can reduce the uterine spiral artery pulsation index and resistance index of patients before frozen embryo transplantation,and improve endometrial blood flow;3.Kidney-nourishing and blood-nourishing decoction combined with estradiol valerate can improve the endometrial receptivity of patients before frozen embryo transplantation,and improve the clinical pregnancy rate to some extent. |
