Clinical Observation Of Nourishing Kidney And Blood And Climen Together In The Reatment On Hypomenorrhea Because Of Kidney And Blood Deficiency After Artificial Abortion Operation

Objective: this thesis evaluated the clinical effect of the formula of nourishing kidney and blood together with Climen in the treatment on hypomenorrhea because of kidney and blood deficiency after artificial abortion operation and the patients’ improvement;assessed the influence of this therapy on the thickness of endometria;studied the mechanism of this treatment,which provided the scientific basis for the treatment on hypomenorrhea because of kidney and blood deficiency after artificial abortion operation by the cooperation of the formula of nourishing kidney and blood and Climen.Methods: Strictly obey to the inclusion criteria and the method of randomized l,I collected 60 patients who got hypom enorrhea because of kidney and blood deficiency after artificial abortion operation and then got therapy in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2014 to No vember 2015.According to the random permutation table method,I divided those patients into two groups: 30 patients in the treatment group were treated by the for mula of nourishing kidney and blood and Climen together;30 pa tients in control group were treated by Climen alone.A menstrual cycle is a treatment course,after three treatment courses,I evaluated the before-and-after clinical effects of the two groups,TCM score and the change of the thickness of endom etria,and then made statistical analysis to observe the clinical effect.Results: The menstruation status score between the treatment group and control group has obvious statistical significance（P<0.05）.The treatment group can effectively improve the symptom of kidney and blood deficiency,whose efficacy is better than that of the control group af ter statistical analysis（P<0.05）).After treatment,the thickness of endometria in the treatment group are obviously different from that of the control group in the 26^th day（P<0.05）,and the endometria in the treatment group got obviously thicker,and the difference has obvious statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion: 1.To use the for mula of nourishing kidney and blood and Climen together can obviously in crease the menstrual am ount in the treatment on hypomenorrhea because of kidney and blood deficiency after artificial abortion operation;2.The for mula of nourishing kidney and blood can effectively improve the symptom of kidney and blood deficiency;3.The formula of nourishing kidney and blood working together with climen can effectively make the endometria thicker.
