| Objective:Through searching and sorting out ancient Chinese medical books of acupuncture and moxibustion and ophthalmology in Chinese Medical Code,Systematic analysis of ancient acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of ophthalmic diseases,acupoint selection rules,summed up the commonly used acupoints and acupuncture treatment methods for ophthalmic diseases,for the treatment of modern ophthalmic diseases to provide new ideas and treatment methods.METHODS:The specific names of ophthalmologic diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,including eyelid diseases,binocular diseases,white eye diseases,black eye diseases,pupil diseases,visual clothing diseases,orbital diseases,traumatic eye diseases,crystal beads and ointment diseases and other diseases,were used as search terms.The ancient books stored in the Chinese Medical Code(Fifth Edition)were searched to collect relevant articles on acupuncture and moxibustion for ophthalmic diseases.The retrieved contents were reviewed and analyzed one by one,and the length of treatment of ophthalmic diseases by Acupuncture and moxibustion by ancient doctors was screened out.Result:The research involves 72 ancient medical books,including 21 Monographs on acupuncture and moxibustion,7 Monographs on ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine and 44 Monographs on internal medicine,surgery and other kinds of medicine.There are 136 acupoints and 1548 acupoints in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases by Acupuncture and moxibustion,and the specific frequency and frequency of each acupoint are counted.There are 14 meridians involved,12 meridians,as well as Du meridians and Ren meridians.Among them,the most widely distributed acupoints are the foot-sun bladder meridian,a total of 22 acupoints,acupoints frequency 302 times,followed by the Foot-Shaoyang gallbladder meridian and the Du meridian.There are five main methods of acupuncture and moxibustion for ophthalmic diseases.There are 133 taboos on moxibustion,including 17 points,four points and four diseases.Conclusion:1.Ancient physicians have a systematic and complete understanding of the treatment of ophthalmic diseases by Acupuncture and moxibustion.They have accumulated a lot of clinical experience in the area of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The main treatment methods are acupuncture,single point treatment is relatively more,and the use of multi-point treatment is more common.2.Acupoints are widely distributed,and the frequency of application of each acupoint is different.Among them,there are more acupoints on the head and face,especially around the eyes,and the frequency is higher.3.There are 14 meridians involved,12 meridians,as well as the Du meridians and Ren meridians.Among them,the most widely distributed acupoints are the foot-sun bladder meridian,which contains 22 acupoints,and the frequency of acupoints is 302 times.The second is the Foot Shaoyang Danjing and Du Meridian respectively.These three meridians are related to the order and belong to the Yang meridian.They play an important role in dredging the whole body meridians and harmonizing Yin and Yang.4.There are five main methods of acupuncture and moxibustion for ophthalmic diseases,namely,acupuncture bloodletting therapy,acupoint acupuncture,moxibustion therapy,combination of acupuncture and moxibustion,and acupoint bloodletting therapy.These five therapies are the most commonly used in ancient times and are also very important in modern clinical treatment.5.It was found that 17 acupoints,such as Cunzhu,Chengwee,Silk-bamboo-sky,Sibai,Yingxiang,Jingming,zygoma,Mingtang,Shenting,Shangxing,Diwuhui,Tianfu,Shangyang,Naokou,Daqu,Touwei and Tianzhu,were forbidden to use moxibustion or moxibustion.The four acupoints of Xiaogukong,Dagukong,Luoqu and Yuzhi were forbidden to use moxibustion,which protruded eyes with high external barrier,frightening,Wufeng internal barrier,ice barrier.Acupuncture and moxibustion are not suitable.It has certain guiding significance for modern clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. |
