Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and analyze the effect of acupuncture on anxiety and depression in patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Method:Fifty-six patients with IBS-D were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion from July 2015 to November 2016 in Nanjing Affiliated Hospital of Wuxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Wuxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital).By randomization method,Subjects were randomized to acupuncture and western medicine groups,38 patients in acupuncture group and 18 patients in western medicine group.The IBS-SSS and IBS-QOL scores were evaluated by IBS-SSS and IBS-QOL score points.The patients were evaluated by IBS-SSS and IBS-QOL before treatment,3 months after treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results:1.After treatment,according to IBS-SSS score analysis,IBS-D Western medicine group the total effective rate was 76.47%,the cure rate was 17.65%.The total effective rate was 97.22%and the cure rate was 38.89%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).At the end of the treatment,the total effective rate was 64.71%in the western medicine group and 94.44%in the acupuncture group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the western medicine group in the short-term curative effect and long-term curative effect(p>0.05).2.Through the analysis of IBS-QOL score,it was found that the improvement of Q1 and Q4 in patients with irritable bowel syndrome was statistically different(p<0.05)after IBS-D acupuncture and western medicine group Three months after the two groups were statistically significant(p>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of Q1 and Q4 between the two groups(p>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05)(p<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.acupuncture treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and long-term efficacy are better than Western medicine group;2.acupuncture treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome has better long-term efficacy;Acupuncture group on the irritability,health concerns to improve the recent efficcacy is better than Western medicine group,and has a good long-term effect. |
