Objective: The quality of life(QOL)and its related factors were investigated in patients with gynecological malignant tumor.Methods: To investigate the 53 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor after the surgery who seeing in the Xinjiang Medicial University 1st hospital in Dec,2016 Analysis the influence of patients’ quality of life with using the EuroQol-5Dquestionnaire(EQ-5D)and Kessler10(K10).Results SPSS22.0 software package was used to analyze the calculation results,and the differences in scale score and scoring time of each dimension were analyzed.If the variance was homogeneous,one-way anova was used;if the variance was not homogeneous,non-parametric test was used,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influence of various factors on scale score Results: Gynecological malignant tumor patients after different time points after vertical type survey,using EQ-5 d scale and k10/19 dated scale analysis in patients with postoperative survival quality,the results showed that the patients ability to act(F=7.442,P<0.01),the ability of daily life(F=12.630,P<0.01),self-care ability(F=13.799,P<0.01),pain(F=59.712,P<0.01),anxiety score(F=29.445,P<0.01),health index score(F=28.293,P<0.01),statistically difference,In patients with action ability,the ability of daily life,self-care ability,pain,anxiety score,healthy index,k10/19 dated score as the dependent variable,multiple linear regression,the results show that age,marriage degree of tumor differentiation,tumor stage,BMI,length of hospital stay,are affecting the quality of gynecologic malignant tumor patients with postoperative survival independent factors.Conclusion: To enhance the early detection,the early diagnosis and the early treatment of the gynecological malignant tumor;the emotional support of the patients with the gynecological malignant tumor is comprehensively improved;the social environment after the operation of the patients is greatly improved,the follow-up treatment burden of the patients is reduced to the greatest extent.
