Efficacy Observation Of Zuogui Pill United Olive Oil On Osteoporosis Of Postoperative Gynecological Malignancies

Objective and significance:To observe the efficacy of Zuogui Pill united olive oil on osteoporosis after menopause artificial of gynecological malignancies, conduct new proposals for the prevention of osteoporosis of postmenopausal artificial in integrative areas, and improve the life quality of patients of postoperative gynecologic malignancies.Methods:60gynecological malignancies patients with hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy, diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis, and with traditional Chinese medicine kidney-yin deficiency syndrome, were randomly divided into two groups:compound group (Zuogui pill united olive oil)30cases, treated by Zuogui pill of Zhongjing brand9g, twice a day, while fasting1tablespoon of olive oil (about5-6ml) daily; control group (Caltrate D)30cases, treated by Caltrate D D3calcium carbonate tablets600mg. Both two groups are observed for3and6months. Clinical effect evaluation index include Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) symptoms、lumbar spine bone mineral density (BMD) and serum estrogen levels(E2).Result:1. After3months of treatment, compared with pre-treatment, the compound group and the control group can both reduce the clinical symptoms of postmenopausal osteoporosis (P<0.05).TCM symptoms score of the two groups were significantly decreased(both P<0.05); Compared with pre-treatment, there were neither difference in the lumbar spine BMD of the compound group and control group (both P>0.05).The total effective rate of compound group was64.3%,and the control group was65.5%, which was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05); The Estrogen level of compound group were not statistically significant difference compared with pre-treatment (P>0.05), and the control group decreased after treatment (P<0.05), but no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).2. After6months of treatment, the compound group was better at the efficacy in remission of lumbar debility, dizziness, tinnitus and other symptoms of kidney-yin deficiency,TCM symptoms score of the compound group was decreased compared with pre-treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),but the control group were not statistically significant difference compared with pre-treatment (P>0.05),and the score of the compound group was decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05),The lumbar spine BMD of the compound group increased compared with pre-treatment (P<0.01), and the total effective rate was89.3%; But there was no difference in lumbar spine BMD between the control group and its pre-treatment (P>0.05), and the total effective rate was51.7%, which was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); The Estrogen values of compound group were not statistically significant compared with pre-treatment (P>0.05), and the control group decreased after treatment (P<0.05), but no statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Zuogui pill united olive oil, compared with Caltrate D, can both effectively prevent osteoporosis patients with postoperative gynecological malignancies, which were able to reduce the clinical symptoms of it; But after prolonged treatment of Zuogui pill united olive oil, the efficacy in remission of lumbar debility, dizziness, tinnitus and other symptoms of kidney-yin deficiency was better, as well as increase bone density, comprehensively improving menopause syndrome.
