| Objective: To observe the different effect of Chinese herb on Quality of life of the gynecological malignant tumor patient in chemotherapy and rehabilitation period.Methods: The 50 malignant tumor patients were devided randomly into 2 groups. Chinese herb and no treatment were given respectively for one month, and the level of tumor marker, blood cells, function of liver, score of T.C.M symptom, kupperman and QLQ-C30 were observed.Results:(1) Chinese herb can myeloid inhibition, the range of RBC, HB, WBC and PLT were obviously higher than HRT.(2) Chinese herb can protect the function of liver, the raising range of ALT, AST, were less than the other.(3) Chinese herb has statistical effect on the score of T.C.M symptom.(4) Chinese herb has statistical difference in improving the perimenopausal symptom.(5) Chinese herd has evident efficiency in improving the score of QLQ-C30. |
