| Today due to knowledge intensive competition of medical market,hospital depends on the competitiveness of the hospital staff’s knowledge and technical level of hierarchy,an innovative,high quality,high level of professional talent team is the most key hospital to adapt to the fierce competition of medical market.HZ hospital is an extremely early comprehensive hospital,which is a first-class level in scientific research,first aid,technology and health care,and also in the front end of prevention and treatment technology.For comprehensive hospitals,the requirement is higher than the simple medical institutions.HZ hospital training for medical staff is still in its infancy,for medical personnel training has not yet been established norms and effective training system,which hindered the development of HZ hospital,is not conducive to promote medical personnel professional level.So hospital improvement is advancing with The Times,keeping pace with The Times and social development,the design of the training system should uphold the principle of reasonable and based on the actual,absorbs the domestic and foreign scholars of the theory and experience,analyze the theory,the design is suitable for the training system of HZ hospital.This paper on the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign research status quo of training,the training of related theory at home and abroad were reviewed,in-depth analysis of the training system design theory,mainly has the following several aspects:training needs analysis,training goal setting associated with planning,training,and summarizes the evaluation;Secondly,the thesis,by means of questionnaire design and issuing of HZ hospital staff training present situation has carried on the investigation and statistical analysis,proposed the HZ hospital existing training system of the existing problems and causes,specific problems are: training management structure is unreasonable,training idea is relatively backward,the lack of innovation,lack of training content and methods of training needs analysis and assessment,training,incentive mechanism of the single,not to carry out the selection and training of trainers,etc.Third,the thesis of HZ hospital training system was improved design,from HZ hospital training organization system design,training needs analysis,training content system design,system design,training evaluation system design in the training in five aspects to carry on the design.Through the analysis and discussion of the improvement design of HZ hospital human resources training system,this paper can further improve the human resource structure of HZ hospital and improve the hospital performance comprehensively.At the same time,we hope that the research results of this paper can help the training programs of the same level hospitals to provide more convenience and make a little effort to improve the hospital’s manpower. |
