The existing management philosophy, management system, management mechanism and management style, management method etc., all can't adapt to the development of socialist market economy, health care reform and development needs, even seriously restircted the pace of development of modern hospitals. Medical market competition force non-profit hospitals must pay attention to the change in the field of human resources management, and based on the development of non-profit hospitals constantly carry out human resources management innovation, make human resources management truly become the "driver" and "lubricant"for the development of non-profit hospitals.In this paper, to select ZhengZhou No. 1 Massage Hospital to study, through the massage hospital human resources management current status, experienced the process of reform of the personnel system, exist problem of analysis etc., combined with my practical work, to innovate the system of human resources management in ZhengZhou No. 1 Massage Hospital, and hope the innovative research will certainly pay a role in the enlightenment of China's non-profit hospital human resources management system.In this paper, firstly through both domestic and foreign non-profit hospitals human resources management to analyse the current situation and compare, to stress in two different market economic systems, should pay more attention to the research of non-profit hospital human resources management system level.Secondly, by the combination of practice of ZhengZhou No.1 Massage Hospital, for the existing human resources management series of issues of strategic innovation system, focusing on 3 aspects of exploration and research: performance innovation and reform, the pay system reform and innovation, human resources development and innovation. In the hope that the new human resources management strategy under the guidance, play a positive role in the reform and development of ZhengZhou No.1 Massage Hospital as well as non-profit hospitals. |
