Delphi Expert Consultation And Factor Analysis Study On TCM Diagnosis And Treatment Of High Altitude Polycythemia

Objective: To analyze and process the data of common TCM expert consultation form of high altitude polycythemia by Delphi method expert consultation and factor analysis,and to form the TCM diagnosis and treatment standard of high altitude polycythemia.Methods: Based on the results of the previous retrospective clinical case study,all the patients in the database established by cluster analysis were used to establish the TCM expert consultation form for high altitude polycythemia,the data were collected in the form of two rounds of network questionnaire,the data were analyzed and processed according to Excel and SPSS 17.0 statistical software,and the TCM diagnosis and treatment specifications for high altitude polycythemia were formed using Delphi method expert consultation and factor analysis.Results: According to two rounds of expert consultation and factor analysis,it was finally determined that the common clinical symptoms of high altitude polycythemia in TCM were: qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-turbid obstructing lung syndrome,and qi and blood deficiency syndrome.In terms of TCM treatment,Buyang Huanwu Decoction was the first choice for qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Shengmai Powder was the first choice for qi deficiency and yin deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome For the treatment of phlegm-dampness obstructing lung syndrome,Wendan Decoction is the first choice,qi and blood deficiency syndrome is the first choice,and Guipi Pills are the first choice.At the same time,the two rounds of expert opinions agree that oxygen therapy(hyperbaric oxygen therapy,low-flow oxygen inhalation),bloodletting therapy,and exercise therapy can be used for the treatment of high altitude polycythemia.Conclusion:With the progress of the medical cause of the motherland,the standardization of TCM diagnosis and treatment is of great significance to promote the academic development of TCM.At present,there is still a lack of a reasonable set of TCM diagnosis and treatment specifications for high altitude polycythemia.This study is based on the previous retrospective clinical case study,establishes a database with cluster analysis,establishes a TCM expert consultation form for high altitude polycythemia according to all the items in the database,collects the data through two rounds of network questionnaires,analyzes and collates the data,and uses Delphi method expert consultation and factor analysis method to preliminarily form a TCM diagnosis and treatment specification for high altitude polycythemia.
