The Clinical Study On The Clinical Efficacy And Safety Of Xi Feng Ding Chan Pill In Treatment With Parkinson’s Disease In Middle-stage Deficiency Of Liver-yin And Kidney-yin

Objective: Through the observation on the clinical efficacy of xi feng ding chan pill on middle-stage Parkinson’s disease which is Liver-Kidney yin deficiency type,we aim at discussing the advantages of Traditional Chinese treatment.This research may provide the clinical basis for the Traditional Chinese treatment with Parkinson’s disease.Methods:We choose the randomized,controlled method.80 patients,suffering from Parkinson’s disease which is Liver-Kidney yin deficiency type are divided into two groups randomly and equally.these groups are xi feng ding chan pill group(40)、control group(39).They are treated by basical medicines,Then the patients of xi feng ding chan pill group are given xi feng ding chan pill 3 times a day and take1 pack every time,it depends on the treating principle of nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing yin and blood,dispelling wind and dredging collateral channels,It aims to observe and analyze UPDRS,TCM syndrome score,S-F quality of life points and so on before and after the treatment methods,and then compares them between or within groups.All patients were performed the routine check of blood,urine and stool,liver function,kidney function,ECG and other laboratory tests before and after treatment to estimate the safety of the medicines.Results: One patient is shedding in control group.UPDRS3.0 score before treatment between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05),the treatment and control group could significantly reduce the UPDRS3.0 score,there were significant(P < 0.05).Before the testing,Patients between groups in the distribution of differences are no statistical significance(P>0.05),the treatment and control group could significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score,there were significant(P<0.05).SF-36 score before treatment between the two groups showed no significant difference(P > 0.05),the treatment and control group could significantly reduce the SF-36 score,there were significant(P<0.05).In the safety evaluation: the trial period,both groups were all in the safety.Conclusion: Xi feng ding chan Pill has a good clinical effect,mean while xi feng ding chan pill can improve their quality of life and motor function and daily life and so on,finally it makes patients be ability to live a better life;on the other hand,it is safety and reliable for the PD patients.
