At present, the proportion of patients with rectal cancer in the Department of general surgery is getting higher and higher, and radical operation is the first choice for patients with rectal cancer.Intestinal preparation is necessary in the whole process of treatment.Choosing the right way can not only clean the intestines, but also shorten the time needed for the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation, and reduce the burden for patients and medical staff. In recent years, some scholars have reported that many will occur in aerobic bacteria in rectal cancer patients(in Escherichia coli)increased significantly and anaerobic bacteria(Bifidobacterium based)disorder of intestinal mucosal flora significantly reduced the emergence of Bifidobacterium / Escherichia coli(B/E)ratio is inverted, this intestinal flora imbalance will not only due to the barrier function of the intestinal mucosa damage, but also cause the postoperative occurrence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome and life-threatening,therefore,in the perioperative period to correct the intestinal flora disorders and protect the intestinal mucosal barrier function is crucial. The traditional methods often because of preoperative fasting 3 D patients on diet control or caused by insufficient intake of energy and nutrients;the nutritional status of patients with poor occur intestinal mucosal barrier damage, intestinal mucosal atrophy, intestinal cavity increases the possibility of bacterial translocation, cause infection in abdominal cavity after surgery, seriously affected the recovery patients after surgery. If we can make sure that the intestinal tract is clean and provide enough energy for the patients during the bowel preparation,it will significantly improve the preoperative state of the patients and make the treatment of patients successful and successful. On the basis of this study, two different methods were compared in two different ways, including preoperative bowel preparation and enteral nutrition combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion. From December 2015 to May 2017,61 patients with rectalcancer treated with surgery in Departmentof General Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University were selected as researchobjects, and they were divided intoobservation group(31 cases)and control group(30 cases)by randomnumbertable. The observation group was given to oral Compound Polyethylene glycol Electrolyte Powder andenteral nutrition before operation, and the control group was given to intestinal preparation of traditional mechanical enema. The effects of bowel preparation and the expression ofintestinal epithelial tight junction protein(occludin)and Ig A in intestinal mucosa between two group were compared. The experimental results show that there was no significant difference in intestinal cleanliness between the two groups(P> 0.05).The tolerance of bowel preparation of patients in observation group was better than control group(P < 0.05).Preoperative bifidobacterium / E.coli(B/E)ratio was reversed in the two groups. The B/E ratio in the observation group was increased significantly after the surgery, while the postoperation B/E reversal ratio was decreased significantly in the control group(P < 0.05).Preoperative oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with Enteral Nutritional Emulsion, can improve the tolerance of patients with rectal cancer, reduce the damage degree of the intestinal immune barrier, and can reduce the incidence of early systemic inflammatory reaction and local complications,so as to promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
