| Objective:To study the efficacy of rhubarb Glauber’s salt Shenque acupoint application combined with Hengkang Zhengqing in the preparation of patients with constipation.Through the analysis of Boston’s internal preparation score scale,first defecation time,built-in preparation time,entry time,internal air bubbles,adverse reactions and Tolerance assessment of the preliminary preparation effect,to further observe the effect of acupoint application on the quality of internal cleaning before colonoscopy in patients with constipation and its mechanism of action,provide new ideas for clinical efficacy evaluation,and provide a more comfortable choice for colonoscopy method.Methods:From June 2019 to December 2020,50 constipation patients admitted to the Spleen and Gastric Diseases Department of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and colonoscopy was performed.They were randomly divided into the conventional group(control group)and the acupoint application group(observation group),with 25 cases in each group.The routine group took compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(trade name: Hengkang Zhengqing)orally at 6:00 a.m.on the day of examination.In the acupoint application group,two days before colonoscopy,Shenque point was applied with rhubarb mirabite at 9 o ’clock every night,and Hengkang Zhengqing was taken orally at 6 o ’clock in the morning of the same day.The efficacy of intestinal cleaning was evaluated by analyzing the Boston bowel readiness scale,first defecation time,bowel preparation time,endoscopic time,intestinal bubble volume,adverse reactions and tolerance.SPSS25.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.There was no significant statistical difference in age,gender,course of disease,height,weight and other general conditions between the acupoint application group and the conventional group(P>0.05),indicating comparability;2.Boston intestinal readiness scale(BBPS): the average scores of left colon,middle colon,right colon and whole colon in acupoint application group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05 或P<0.01).3.Incidence of adverse reactions: The incidence of adverse reactions in acupoint application group was abdominal distension(12%),nausea(8%),vomiting(4%),and overall adverse reactions(24%).Abdominal distension(24%),abdominal pain(4%),nausea(20%),vomiting(8%),overall adverse reactions(56%)in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Tolerance: In the acupoint application group,there were 16 patients in grade I,8 in grade II,and 1 in grade III;In the conventional group,there were 7 patients in grade I,14 in grade II and 4 in grade III,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Time of first defecation: The time of first defecation after taking Hengkang Zhengqing was higher in acupoint application group(47.64±25.78)than in conventional group(59.48 ± 24.45),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.Intestinal preparation time: Comparison of the time between the two groups of patients starting to take Hengkang Zhengqing and the defecation of clear water,the acupoint application group(248.24±49.093)was lower than the conventional group(289.80 ± 44.353),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);7.Intestinal bubble volume: The satisfaction of intestinal bubble volume in acupoint application group was 84% compared with 76% in conventional group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).8.Entrance time: There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the acupoint application group(9.52±1.50);Conventional group(9.76±1.66).Conclusion:1.Rhubarb mirabilite acupoint application combined with Hengkangzhengqing can improve the intestinal cleaning effect of constipation patients.2.Compared with the single application of Hengkangzhengqing,rhubarb mirabilite acupoint application combined with Hengkangzhengqing has a low incidence of adverse reactions,high patient tolerance,and a short preparation time.This method is safe and feasible,and can be further applied and promoted in clinical treatment. |
