The Study Of Ruji Decoction Combined With Shuowang Moxibustion On The Immune Function And Quality Of Life Of Patients With Triple-negative Breast Cancer

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Ruji Decoction combined with Shuowang Moxibustion on immune function and quality of life in patients with triple-negative breast cancer without tumor,and to observe the safety of treatments.MethodsProspective randomized controlled study was used to investigate the treatment-free stage I-III Triple-negative Breast Cancer patients.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group included 27 cases with Ruji Decoction combined with Shuowang Moxibustion treatment;the control group included 26 patients,using Ruji Decoction dialectical therapy.The patients were followed up for 1 years,followed up and observed the immune function,the quality of life FACT-B scale,the Hamilton depression scale and the safety of the treatments.Results1.The levels of CD3+,CD4 +/CD8 +,IgA and IgM in the control group increased compared with those before treatment,while the levels of CD8+ decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05).2.The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IgA and IgM in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and IgM in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.The experimental group can improve the score of patients in physiological status,additional attention status,emotional status,and functional status,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The control group can improve the patients’ additional attention status,emotional status and functional status score,reduce the Depression Scale score,the difference is also statistically significant(P<0.05).6.There was no significant difference in the quality of life FACT-B scale and the depression scale between the experimental group and the control group(P> 0.05).According to the stratified analysis,the total score of the quality of life of the III patients in the experimental group and the control group was lower than that of the I stage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of quality of life was improved in all stages after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).7.During the course of treatment,no heart,liver and kidney damage and Myelosuppression were observed in both groups,However,there were 5 cases of reversible skin lesions in the experimental group,4 cases with grade 1 skin lesions and 1 cases with 2 skin lesions,with a total incidence of 18.52%.The difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05)ConclusionRuji Decoction combined with Shuowang Moxibustion can improve the immune function of patients with Triple-negative Breast Cancer,improve patient quality of life,alleviate the degree of depression in patients,and the effect of improving the effect of CD4+,CD4/CD8+,IgM is better than the only use of Ruji Decoction,At the same time,the clinical use of safety is good.The safety of the therapy is well.
