Analysis Of Prognostic Factors Of Postoperative Triple Negative Breast Cancer Patients And Clinical Intervention Of Shuyu Sanjie Decoction

Purpose:The first part is to observe the prognostic factors of triple-negative breast cancer,such as general information,tumor characteristics,previous treatment and syndrome types of Traditional Chinese Medicine The second part is to further observe the effect of Shuyu Sanjie Decoction on the quality of life of triple-negative breast cancer patients after standard treatment.Method:The first part included 107 triple-negative breast cancer patients,who were hospitalized in the oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to December 2018.Collected the general information of patients(including diagnostic age,BMI,menopause status,menarche age,menopause age,marital status,fertility,family History of tumor),tumor pathological characteristics(pathological type,tumor size,histology classification,regional lymph node status,Ki-67),previous treatment(surgical method,wth or without adjuvant chemotherapy,radiotherapy or adjuvant traditional Chinese medicine treatment,chemotherapy regimen,duration of taking traditional Chinese medicine before metastasis)and syndrome type of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Tested the composition ratio.Used Kaplan Meier method for survival analysis,Log rank for univariate analysis,and Cox regression analysis for multivariate analysis.The second part included 28 triple-negative breast cancer patients,who were hospitalized in the oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019,All patients received Shuyu Sanjie decoction.The lymphocyte subsets,Karnofsky score,CEA,CA153,TCM syndrome score and life quality of breast cancer patients(FACT-B)were observed.Result:Different menarche age,marital status,fertility,tumor size,regional lymph node status,surgical method,with or without traditional Chinese medicine therapy,time of taking traditional Chinese medicine before metastasis,syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine were related to the prognosis of TNBC(P < 0.05);diagnostic age,BMI,menopause status,menarche age,family history of tumor,pathological type,histological classification,Ki-67,wth or without adjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy and chemotherapy regimen were not related to the prognosis of TNBC(P>0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that tumor size and regional lymph node status were independent prognostic factors in TNBC patients.For the second part,the Karnofsky score,TCM syndrome score and FACT-B scale showed statistical difference before and after the treatment.The symptom scores of moderate asthenia,chest and breast pain,dizziness,irritability,chest distress,and poor sleep showed statistical difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05).The symptom scores of asthenia,chest pain,chest distress and poor sleep showed significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tumor size and regional lymph node status are independent prognostic factors for TNBC patients.Shuyu Sanjie decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of TNBC patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,such as fatigue,chest and breast pain,vertigo,dysphoria,chest distress,poor sleep and so on,especially in improving the symptoms of fatigue,chest distress,chest and breast pain and poor sleep.Shuyu Sanjie decoction can also improve the immune function,Karnofsky score and quality of life score(FACT-B)of breast cancer patients.
