A Retrospective Analysis Of Ruji Prescription Combined With Huaier Granules In The Treatment Of Triple Negative Breast Cancer

ObjectiveThis study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of postoperative patients with triple negative breast cancer,discussed the clinical effect of ruji prescription combined with huaier granules in the treatment of triple negative breast cancer,and analyzed the related factors affecting the recurrence and metastasis of triple negative breast cancer,so as to provide guidance for the prevention of recurrence and metastasis of triple negative breast cancer.MethodsThis was a non-randomized,non-controlled retrospective study which collected postoperative patients with triple negative breast cancer with ruji prescription combined with huaier granules in foshan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,2012 to September 30,2016.Finally,66 patients were enrolled.To analyze the efficacy and safety of postoperative patients with triple negative breast cancer,different stratification factor analysis to compare different onset age,menopausal status,tumor size,lymph node,pathological type,histological grade,Ki-67,TCM syndrome types,whether radiotherapy,ruji prescription combined with huaier granules treatment time have any difference in curative effect.Multivariate analysis of the independent prognostic factors of ruji prescription combined with huaier granules in the treatment of triple negative breast cancer.To observe the incidence and severity of adverse reactions associated with the treatment of triple negative breast cancer with ruji prescription combined with huaier granules.ResultsThe median follow-up time of all 66 patients was 50 months.The disease-free survival rate was 83.3%for 1 year,69.7%for 2 years,63.6%for 3 years,59.1%for 4 years and 54.5%for 5 years.In the first 3 years,there was a high recurrence and metastasis rate of triple negative breast cancer,and the recurrence and metastasis showed a decreasing trend after 3 years.Moreover,the age of onset of triple negative breast cancer patients tended to be younger,and the pathological type was mostly invasive ductal cancer.Analysis results of different stratified factors showed no statistical significance in disease-free survival among different age of onset,menopause,pathological types,ki-67,surgical methods and radiotherapy(P>0.05).And tumor size,lymph node metastasis,histological grade,TCM syndrome type,and treatment time of ruji prescription combined with huaier granules were statistically significant(P<0.05).COX regression model multi-factor analysis results showed that ruji prescription combined with huaier granule treatment time was independent factor influencing postoperative recurrence and metastasis of triple negative breast cancer.In a certain period of time,the treatment time of ruiji prescription combined with huaier granules was positively correlated with the disease-free survival of the patients,and the longer the treatment time,the better the prognosis of the patients.The adverse reactions in the course of treatment were diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,palpitations and fever,with a total incidence of 33.3%,all of which were mild to moderate,with little impact on daily life and strong acceptability.ConclusionThis study shows that the effect of ruji prescription combined with huaier granules on the prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of triple negative breast cancer is satisfactory and there are fewer adverse reactions.Treatment time within a certain period of time is positively correlated with prognosis.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine has a certain clinical effect on prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of triple negative breast cancer.
