The Life Of Anzhongtang In Patients With Sanyin Breast Cancer Clinical Study On The Effects Of Quality And TCM Symptoms

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in improving the quality of life and symptoms of triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).Objectives and Methods: From June 2016 to June 2017,35 patients with triple negative breast cancer were admitted to the Oncology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 30 patients completed the experiment completely.Thirty patients were treated with Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction after surgery and chemotherapy.Specific treatment was based on the 2011 edition of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines and Specifications [1].6 months as a course of treatment,a course of treatment was observed.Follow-up was based on outpatient and inpatient visits.The quality of life,TCM symptoms,tumor markers(CA125,CA153,CEA)and KPS scores were observed after one course of treatment.The Chinese version of FACT-B questionnaire was used to measure the quality of life,which was composed of five dimensions: physiological status(7 items,score 0-28),social/family status(7 items,score 0-28 points),emotional status(6 items,score 0-24 points),functional status(7 items,score 0-28 points)and additional attention(9 items,score 0-36 points).A total of 36 items were included.All items were set by stratified items.The lower the score,the better the quality of life of patients.Six months later,CA125,CEA,CA153,breast,neck,supraclavicular,axillary lymph nodes,thyroid color Doppler ultrasound,craniocerebral MRI,lung CT and whole body bone ECT were compared with those before treatment.The results were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software and the conclusions were drawn.Results: There were significant differences in quality of life and TCM symptoms between TNBC patients treated with Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.This prescription can significantly improve KPS score and quality of life.Conclusion: Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction can significantly improve the quality of life and TCM symptoms of TNBC patients,reduce tumor markers,and take safely,indicating that Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction has certain clinical significance in the treatment of TNBC.No intolerable side effects were found in the safety observation of Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction.
