| Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Dispelling wind and connecting collaterals decoction fumigating on children with allergic Purpura(Syndrome Of Wind and Heat Injured Collaterals).the Clinical efficacy is discussed and the feasibility,scientificity and practicability of the therapeutic scheme in clinical application are proved.To further improve the treatment plan of Chinese medicine for allergic purpura in children,provide new ideas for its treatment,and provide effective theoretical basis for finding new ways to treat this disease.Therefore,the question is to be set up.Method: The subjects of this study were children with anaphylactoid purpura,and selected randomized controlled methods,60 cases of cases,30 cases in the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given basic treatment,The treatment group was added Dispelling wind and connectting collaterals decoction fumigating.5d was a 1 course of treatment,and 2courses were observed.Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 36.67%,the total effective rate was 90.00%,the cure rate of the control group was 20.00%,the total effective rate was 83.33%.Compared with the two groups,there were significant differences in statistical treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Dispelling wind and connecting collaterals decoction fumigating is effective in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children.No toxic and side effects have been found in clinical diagnosis and treatment.This study provides a simple,effective,safe and reliable green new therapy for the treatment of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura,and makes the treatment plan of this kind of disease rich and varied.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic. |
