Clinical Observation Of Treatment In Pediatric Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Simple Type (Wind-heat Injury Network Card) With Cooling Expelling Wind Fang

Purpose:Through clinical observation of treatment in pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura Simple type (wind-heat injury network card) with Cooling expelling wind Fang, we can objectively evaluate its effectiveness and safety.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the test group of30patients and a control group of30patients. The control group received oral cetirizine syrup, vitamin C and Dipyridamole tablets, Experimental group oral Cooling expelling wind Fang on the basis of the control group; two weeks of a course of treatment, continuous observation of two courses., follow up of3months.Results:①Comprehensive Comparison of efficacy:Experimental group were cured18cases, significant effective in7cases, effective in2cases, invalid in3cases, the total effective rate was90.00%.Control group were cured17cases, significant effective in3cases, effective in6cases, invalid in4cases, the total effective rate was86.67%. Before and after treatment (P<0.01), a significant effect in both groups, the total efficiency is slightly larger than the experimental group control group, the statistical test, P>0.05, no significant difference in the efficacy of the test group and the control group efficacy. But total score after treatment comparison groups (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant, indicating that symptom score after treatment experimental group than the control group.②Symptoms improve aspects of comparison:the two groups before and after treatment in skin purpura, and permit symptoms improve aspects (P <0.05) with statistical significance. Between the two groups, the test group in improving the rate of repeated skin purpura, bellyache,joint and muscle aches and repeat rate, and part syndromes (skin itching, stool, tongue) areas (P<0.05), more advantages than the control group.③Physical indicators comparison:before and after treatment of platelet parameters (PDW, MPV), EOS(P <0.05,P<0.01), statistically significant, the test group can reduce MPV than the control group (P <0.05); only the test group before and after treatment of urinary MA,NAG, GGT, BPC (P<0.01,P <0.05) there was statistically significant; while two pairs of urine change (P>0.05), no statistically significant difference.④Prognosis comparison:follow-up recurrence rate in the test group, the incidence of renal damage (P<0.05) were significantly lower than the control group.⑤Safety Evaluation:No known outside routine blood, stool routine and blood biochemical tests of children. They were within normal limits whether before treatment or after. Conclusion:Treatment efficacy in children HSP Simple type (wind-heat injury network card) is significantly with Cooling expelling wind Fang combined with Western Medicine,and significant effect in improving symptoms, reduce the frequency of relapse and prevention of early kidney damage and other aspects of effective, safe and reliable, proven use of chills heat, cooling an envelope HSP treatment of wind-heat injury network type (simple type) a significant effect, can improve the cure rate of the disease, reduce the relapse rate and HSPN outcome rate.
