Study On The Physical Correlation Of Patients With Non-Dementia Vascular Cognitive Impairment

Purpose:To study the distribution of TCM constitution in VCIND population and to discuss the internal connection and regularity of TCM constitution of VCIND disease,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention of VCIND and the treatment of VCIND through the combination of disease differentiation and constitution.Method: Research on vascular risk factors such as cerebrovascular disease and hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,and coronary heart disease.The clinical data of the observed subjects were screened using the Mini Mental State Scale(MMSE),the Montreal Cognitive Scale(MoCA),the Daily Living Ability(ADL),and the Clinical Dementia Rating Scale(CDR).Use TCM Constitution Classification and Judgment Form(Chinese Traditional Medicine Constitution Branch)to determine the type of constitution.Result: A total of 257 patients were enrolled in the study.Statistical analysis: This study showed that 72 patients were peace and quality and accounted for 23.3% of the total patients,and 237 patients had partial constitution,accounting for 76.7% of the total number of patients.According to the frequency of occurrence of the bias,the first four were qi deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,and yin deficiency.There is little difference between men and women of different physiques.At the age of 50-59,most of the people living in peace and harmony,most of the people aged 60-69 years are phlegm,qi deficiency,and blood stasis.In the age group of 70-80 years old,the qi-deficiency and Yin-deficiency populations are mostly,and the levels of calmness,phlegm,and yin deficiency are statistically significant in the age group.Hypertension is related to qi deficiency,diarrhea,and yin deficiency.Diabetes is related to phlegm and dampness and yin deficiency.Coronary heart disease is associated with blood stasis.Conclusion: The prevalence of VCIND is related to the distribution of constitution types.VCIND patients have mostly biased constitutions,Qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis are the main constitutions.There is a positive correlation between age and physical distribution:With age,there is an increase in the population of qi deficiency,blood stasis,and dampness.The level of peace and decency is reduced.
